Staff was very helpful

Hot water did not work. They are currently working on renovating so the pictures are deceiving. They’ve only renovated front of house so rooms are outdated and not as pictured. Breakfast was poor and hardly any options. Staff was nice and helpful, though.

They had clean and decent pictures online whereas the property is a mess.

Nothing at all like the pictures. Had a blood stain on the carpet, a dead roach in the bathroom, smelled like stale cigarettes and the paint and wallpaper were peeling everywhere. Horrible.

The Latino chick at the front desk was beautiful. My room is on the first floor is the access the pool was across the hall my kid loved that. It was a good experience

Staid one night without electricity, 6th floor up and down by the emergency stairs with flashlights, no showers or ac , checked out next day, the hotel should reimburse the payment

My stay was good and i appreciate the desk staff for providing me with a room that was decent for my stay.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was giving motel vibes at hotel prices. The pictures of the property are very deceptive. I was not comfortable at all. I struggled even sitting down. When I asked for a partial refund I was told by Expedia that there was nothing they could do unless I left the hotel altogether and booked somewhere. This was impossible considering the events going on in the city during my stay. Most other hotels were booked or their rates were extremely high. Also, Expedia referred me to the front desk, but the front desk said I needed to talk to Expedia. So, since I was pretty much forced to spend 2 nights in this dump. I went and complained again. I ended being switched 3 times and this was after getting in late from flight delays with Frontier (terrible airline). The first room was terrible, had a spider crawling across the wall. The shower curtain was nasty/smelly and the towels. My second room had a rusty toilet and rust around the tub drain. My third seemed sub par until I reached for a towel and the whole rack fell, only inches from my foot. I ended having to spend extra money to get cleaning supplies to disinfect and clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all. This building needs to shut down and condemned. The staff was ok. They all seemed very nonchalant which I guess matches the deplorable conditions they have to work in. I am still waiting on a refund because this was absolutely horrible.

Dingy and smelled old. Bathroom not showerable. Didn’t want to try. Bathroom sink was clogged, I unclogged it and found large toenail clippings stuck in the drain. Gross

There were roaches in our room. Won’t be staying here again!!!!!

This is the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at. The soap from the people before us was still in the shower. There was some dirt clumps still on the shower wall. Mold everywhere. Wall paper stapled on, or scotch taped on. The #4 doesnt light up on the elevator. The pool room was extremely hot and once you got out there was a slime left on your body. Pulled back the sheet and there were crusty blood stains underneath. The balcony we never used because the door was dirty to open it. The tv sound cut out, off and on the entire time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The hotel was just average. The pictures did not match what we actually got, so we were disappointed when we walked in. The room was old, outdated and dirty, but the bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the condition of the property. Despite the promising pictures online, the reality was starkly different. The hotel felt practically abandoned, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The walls in the room were visibly dirty and the overall ambiance was uncomfortable, with a pervasive smell of mustiness. It was disheartening to feel the need to clean just to feel at ease in the room. On a positive note, the service at the front desk was decent, with no issues to report there. However, the state of the rooms seriously detracts from the overall experience. The best aspect of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, which is ideally situated and convenient. I would recommend being prepared with your own cleaning supplies if you choose to stay here.

Very terrible experience. It take us 3 hours to check in, and lot of problems. The first time, we got the room key but can't open the door. The second time, we got the room key, but when we open the door, someone was already there. Very rediculous!

From the moment we checked in and used the lobby bathroom, it was evident that this hotel is awful. We told the maid they had no soap in the bathroom and as she jist stood there for 10 min of us checking in, her reply was "I know" and she didnt make a move to go fill it. Disgusting! When we got to our room, the matresses were completely stained and gross, the sink hadnt even been rinsed as there were CHUNKS of toothpast in it!

Poor condition

They claim it's under repair if you have an option I wouldn't stay here unless you absolutely had to...

We had no Tv pain checking in. No blinds on the window to block lights and sun. No shampoo and Kleenex and soap upon arrival. Major damage to building and very outdated. Ceiling was falling down in breakfast area. Would not recommend Expedia selling rooms for this property

Very tired and old hotel. Under renovations. I was "accepting" for myself but no way would i want my wife to see it.

The pictures posted in Expedia and Google Do Not match reality. This is and old, smelly and duty place. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Paid for a king balcony and got a double bed with no balcony and fridge did not work

took almost an hour to get checked in, only one elevator works meaning long waits to get to the 5th floor, then when your get to your room the door cards dont work. absolutely do not stay here

Shuttle 8am-8pm not 24hrs

Very poor condition the bathtub was wet either from thr previous guest or from cleaning. Also i canceled it and never stayed would like my money back

Room was fine but bathroom was ok. One elevator was not working. Convenient location.

The staff were great at the front desk and very helpful. I stayed to be close to the airport for an early flight - the only issue I had was that the shuttle advertised as 24 hour didn't start until 8am and I had to be at the airport at 6am. I chose the hotel because of the shuttle so wasn't happy to find that I had to pay for a taxi.

First room had a bad odor. Staff quickly switched rooms. We arrived at breakfast latish and the food was lukewarm at best. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had to leave 1 day early unexpectedly late in the afternoon but didn't get charged. Plenty of parking. Room only cleaned once every 3 days. Room had refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Pool was unusable due to the musty smell. Advertised airport shuttle only runs 8:00 to 8:00 and my flight was at 6:00.
