Love the charm & authenticity of this hotel! Large, lovely rooms - some with wood burning gas kiva fireplaces & delicious cooked to order breakfast. Great location also for the Plaza and numerous bars/nightlife.

Rooms are clean and comfortable though needed update. Restaurant food was average. The entire hotel complex was hard to navigate, and the front desk staff was not very helpful at giving accurate directions . Took over 30 minutes to find our room.

This was our first stay at Inn of the Governors, but it won’t be our last: Easy to find, in and out of SantaFe. Easy off-street free parking, just 2 blocks from the plaza. Walking distance to central Santa Fe, the cathedral, museums, so many restaurants. Literally around the corner from James Beard winner Sazon. This hotel offered a warm, genuine welcome, an included cooked-to-order breakfast, comfortable, clean rustic New Mexican decor rooms, plus a lively pub on premises. And the price was right! We’ll be back!

Wonderful location near the square. Walking distance to the best restaurants. Real wood burning fireplace!! Unlimited free firewood. Great staff, nice comfortable room with leather sofa sitting area, separate vanity area, balcony. Comfortable king bed, lots of extra pillows and blankets. We will come back!

My partner and I greatly enjoy the Inn of the Governors. We stay here several times a year. The one thing that we do not enjoy is the parking. Stalls are tight, and during our last stay, we had to park several blocks off-site when we returned from dinner because the lot was full.

Beautifully styled Santa Fe hotel. Amazing personnel fr check in to restaurant. Great complimentary made to order breakfast. Super clean and crisp bed linens. Only downside was the bed a bit lumpy and springy.

This was my 4th stay at the Inn of the Governors and a very comfortable and happy vacation. Well located in the town center it allows to walk around peacefully and take in the wonderful and unique ambiance of Santa Fe.

We had the room with a fireplace and the wood was readily available to use. Breakfast was very good each morning and the parking being free was a nice plus. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday!

Great stay! I arrived early and went to hotel just to leave my bags and room was ready several hours earlier than expected and they allowed me to check-in early, which was fantastic. Room was clean and quiet. Great location with a ton to do in walking distance. Would definitely stay again

Great stay! Richard made it an easy, welcoming, and comfortable check-in. The pool was well kept and the fire an especially cozy touch. We split our stay with another property and regret having done this.

=You need the flip your mattresses more often. Mine felt like I was sleeping in a burrow.
=The breakfast is not worth $15.95. I miss the old free buffet where the food was actually cooked. My oatmeal preparation was particularly disappointing.
=The coffee was not hot, only luke warm by the time I got to my table.
=The room was excellent. Richard, the parking person, was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We especially loved having a fireplace in our room! Very cozy. Our room and common areas were clean; staff were very pleasant and helpful; the inn is very convenient as it's walkable to the plaza and to many restaurants; parking on-site; breakfasts were good; the restaurant was good; and the sherry and cookie in the lobby were a nice touch!

We were visiting Santa Fe for the first time on a girls trip and Inn of the Governors was absolutely the right choice. So walkable to many areas, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, sight seeing, etc. The hotel was so clean. The complimentary breakfast was great and had many choices. The pool area was beautiful and also very clean. You could order from the on site restaurant and take drinks/food into the pool. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were wonderful and friendly during our entire stay. We would absolutely go back and stay. We will be recommending.

The hotel is quaint and nice but room was fairly ample. Staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and pretty good. The coffee was yummy and plentiful and loved self serve.

We came in late in the day and were ushered into parking spots by the friendly parking attendant. The restaurant on site is reasonable and very good. Though on the small side, the rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable. We arrived too late for sherry tasting, but were given the samples to take to our rooms. The Plaza is within walking distance. I would stay here again!
