Easy check in and friendly staff. Very accommodating

It was clean. Parking was bad. Desk was a little rude. I think he was trying to be funny but it came off rude.

Staff was great!

Keys needed reactivated, door lock was broken and replaced with a chain lock. Shower was broken. We had to use a shut off valve to make it work. We thought maybe they were fully booked. However, the hotel.com app showed availability on both nights we were there! We didn’t ask to change rooms however because we had a full schedule. They charged us for parking which would be fine if the lot had free spaces. On a positive note, housekeeping was AWESOME! Friendly and polite and incredibly helpful!

Complete rip off. Charged for parking in a lot that is adjacent when there is a garage beneath the building. Stayed multiple days and charged a different rate for everyday. Also right above a restaurant and the rooms smell like you are in the kitchen. Dont waste your time.

Honestly, the review would’ve had more stars than what was given, but the under sheets under the blankets was stained up, and I really felt like they should’ve been thrown away before recycled and put back on beds

The place was perfect for the Browns game. The room was a little hot, even when set to 69 degrees. Great place to stay for the game for a short weekend.

Niced location, not far from ball park or bar scene. However the breakfast availability is poor. Seems to be first xome first serve. I we t down at 7ama d the new check im emptied the area leaving nothing but scraps and no way ro know it it would be replenished.

Clean, comfortable, affordable stay if going to a baseball game (an easy 10 min walk)

The overall stay was ok. The staff was very nice! The breakfast was nothing great just basic. The hotel itself needs an update including the elevator and rooms. The furniture was very old especially the sitting area in the bedroom. The carpet in the room was old and didn’t feel clean. The bed was comfortable but again, needs a fresh update. The water pressure wasn’t the best and the AC was subpar. You either froze or sweat. The area was ok but parking was a challenge at night and the underground parking was limited so you need to make sure you get a spot in the outside parking lot which fills up fast. It was reasonably priced and again the staff was very nice.

This hotel was just okay . It is very old , nothing fancy but convenient and comfortable .

The property was a bit run down. The air conditioner was either freezing or off. The room was fairly comfortable. The outer pane of glass in my window was shattered. It was in a convenient area of the city and parking was reasonable and convenient. It was also very close to places I wanted to go. The price was right too.

It was quiet. Didnt hear any body else even though we were close to the elevator. We parked in the underground garage. That was convenient but it $14.50 a day to park there. We walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame; about 1.3 from the hotel. Bathroom was a little tight. Shower, toilet and counter practically touched each other and the door barely cleared the toilet. The bed was comfortable and I got good sleep after a full day of walking. The only real gripe I have is that our key cards wouldn't work and we had to keep going down to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. Two times the first night and another 3 times the second. It was a pain. All the times we went to the front desk, no one carded me to make sure it was my room and not someone elses I was trying to get into. That lack of security detail could be a problem when dealing with the wrong type of person.

The room was next to the street.Had alot of muscle cars. Very noisy. Parking wasn't very good. I have a disability hadto walk lonh ways. One morning in the rain.

the location was great in regards to the playhouse square. The beds were comfortable, but the location area was noisy at night

Nice location. A blend of older decor with some upgrades made it a nice place to stay and get around in Cleveland!

This is an old run down hotel. Low ceilings. Dirty corners abound. Mold/mildew at the ceilings and cracks in the walls. Paint peeling. Refrigerator dirty. Stained sheets. I would not ever stay here again.

Can't say enough about how fantastic the stay was. From check in the staff was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and house keeping was efficient. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but at least they offer complimentary breakfast. The only negative reviews I saw before booking were about parking, but did not see an issue whatsoever. There was plenty and it was easy, and the lot attendant was great. Great location and very walkable to anything downtown. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Cleveland.

The hotel is right on campus. Most olaces for food close around 6-7 pm. Thise open are over $100 a meal. You walk in and think ok this will work. Until you enter the 100 year old elevator that you pray to the gods doesnt break down. Once in our floor the smell! Old, musty, midew, yuck. The room has some new things but it stinks worse. Kept my shoes on! Had to sleep with a towel over my face to help block out the nastiness.
