We were in town for a football game and not familar with the area. TreVon checked us in, provided local information and had an outstanding personality. He was the best. The rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for what we needed.

Hampton never disappoints! The hotel was clean, quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great as well. Special shout out to Trevon at the front desk, his kindness and bright smile were very welcoming!

We paid 230$ to stay awake most of the night. We stayed on August 19th. Unfortunately, the hotel booked a conference room and party on our (2nd) floor. The base was literally rattling the walls until 11:30pm. Then the party moved to the parking lot and directly under our window. There was shouting right outside of our window and cars doing burn outs until well after midnight. I complained the following morning and the employee smiled and said he was sorry. He also said since we used Hotels.com it wasn't there problem. I should make my complaints to Hotels.com. This will be my last at a Hampton Inn!!

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for Move-In Weekend for UF. When we arrived after a seven hour drive, then 5 hours of moving in the Florida heat, we wanted to relax. The General Manager had booked a VERY LOUD birthday party on the Second Floor that was suppose to last until 11pm. It went over and many of the guest complained, called, showed up in the lobby. It was very disrespectful to disrupted the entire hotel for one party.

Good price for a suite, but, AC didn't work in bedroom room. A separate AC unit worked in the other room so we kept the door open so it was bearable.
Why I didn't complain? Trayvon checked me in late that night after a long day of moving my child into dorm at UF. He was the nicest and most cheerful person I encountered all day! Exactly, nicest person the entire weekend!

Courteous Staff-tipping at morning complimentary breakfast was unnecessary. 300/night for an average hotel should not require tipping. Also, TV was not functioning properly. Was late so we did not report the night before.

We love this place! Comfy rooms, great service, delicious breakfast with adequate choices and friendly attendants. A bonus that my husband likes is the charging station for use by his plug-in hybrid vehicle. Here this time for our son’s graduation from UF so it might be our last stay for a while.

The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning had some nice options. Plenty of restaurants, Publix, target and gas stations close by. My only complaint was the room did not smell very good. If you have ever smelt a wet carpet, That was the odor in the room. We arrived late and left early so we did not make much of a fuss about it, but it definitely made it hard to be completely comfortable in the room as though that was the issue likely stay at the Hampton Inn again That was a one time thing.
