Maria the young lady worked the front desk, was so professional, polite, she did a wonderful job.. because of her being so kind she is the reason i would stay there again. Need more like Maria..

Service was great at the front desk and everything in the breakfast area was clean and plenty full. The pool area seemed dirty and needs to be maintained a little better. My room doors was not fully closing, I had to push it fully closed everytime cause it would get stuck which made me nervous leaving the room.

Breakfast was excellent...rooms were clean, comfortable..the only complaint was we couldn't control the temperature in our room...we wanted it cooler..it wouldn't adjust down.

This was a great hotel for our family staycation. We enjoyed the social hour on Wednesday evening, our breakfast buffet, and most of all the courtyard to enjoy time outdoors. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great place! Very clean and confortable, cute additions like a bow on our toilet paper. Friendly staff, and we were there to enjoy a managers reception with a free drink and appetizer!
The first night there was an annoying beeping outside our room and staff offered to move us to another room when theycouldnt source it. We didn't move but appreciated the attempt to remedy it.
Pool was also clean and enjoyable. Would stay again!

There were plenty of places to catch breakfast and or dinner within walking distance.
The pool was very clean and heated. Patio area was large and lit for a nice evening catch up with a glass of wine/ alcoholic beverage which they also sold on site.

The check in process, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast was good. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels and Holiday Inn never disappoints. Everything is nice here.

The hotel was bigger than other Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in. We were there for a sporting event and our kids stayed with team mates. Both had rooms with dirty linens- blood or smells like vinegar or no linens at all for the pull outs. Our own room had stained sheets as well on the beds. Breakfast was good and on time and prepared for a large group.

Excellent hotel, good location. Service was 5 🌟. Breakfast was on point as far as variety. I only wish they would get waffle makers instead of the rolling pancake machine. I will definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the fire alarm going off at midnight and then not getting any explanation as to why. Our night sleep was terrible because of it. Was not happy about it.

We loved this hotel and location. We ended up changing rooms because the tv wouldn't work. The staff came up immediately and realized the tv had "died," helped us move across the hall to a new room, and gave us a decent discount. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Beautiful area too!

Overall it was ok. It could have been better, at the front desk they said I was upgraded but the room looked exactly like what I booked. The room was comfortable and clean. The only real complain I had was breakfast wasn’t that great, it was cold and just not what I expected. It could be better.

The property and the staff were great. I had a issue with photos of the pool that came up when I searched the property. I brought my kids to this location because I saw a photo of a large pool when searching. When we arrived, we found that the pool was very small. It was very disappointing.

The bed sheet was dirty, never had any room service in the two days I was there. No fresh towels, no rolls of toilet paper, no garbage taken out. Nothing. Do not disturb sign was not on door so no reason for it
