The first room a had was great for the price. As i have a dog accompanying me having the lower floor with ground access was great. However the next morning I requested to extend my stay. The lady at the front desk was no help and didnt bother checking to see if there was any available rooms. I later had to book through a second party ap to get a room here. Now i am paying double the price for a smaller room with no outside access.

The room was not clean, from finding dried blood on curtains to leaking faucets in the bathroom, stained floor.
The fold out couch had garbage stashed in it and had not been cleaned in quite awhile to say the least. No blankets or pillows for the fold out either just a dirty sheet.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Liked the door card access o ly to 5th floor for added security. Tastefully renoed room...Lots of space...Mostly quite from any road noise...
Just would like to add much needed housekeeping to outside front entrance...Discarded cigarette butts...loose garbage pine tree needles embedded in outdoor carpet....

Had a great check-in experience and the room was pretty clean and updated. Unfortunately, found a couple of large grasshoppers in my room. Additionally, the shuttle service provided left me standing in the cold for half an hour due to poor passenger management and the representative checking me out was a bit rude. Would stay here again but find another means of transportation.

Bad first impression when arriving late evening. Called and confirmed a crib for our baby twice, but noone knew they even offered cribs when we arrived. Also, room was on main floor and noisy, curtains did not close all the way. BUT they found the crib on day 2 and moved our room, helpful staff that day and a delicious (but expensive) breakfast at restaurant. Pool was lovely but could be cleaner. Would stay again but with specific requests.

Pet friendly and easily accessible, however a large hole in entrance under the stairs partially covered with a piece of steel that my dog could’ve fell into on our way into the hallway. Also, the unit had a door to the outside that did NOT lock. Concerns were not mentioned as im sure they would have allowed us to change rooms but we got in at midnight. Clean room. Shower pressure was excellent. Pillows were awful and felt like a bunch of cotton balls stuck together. Good lighting. Average stay.

Room was big but pretty bare. We felt like furniture was missing. The airport shuttle was great. The bar and restaurant were a mixed bag. Pool locked. Hot tub broken.

Lovely hotel with warming Scandinavian feel. Have been wanting to stay at this hotel for some time. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our one night stay at the hotel, we were informed on arrival that there was absolutely no running water in the entire hotel until 5am the following morning. We had just travelled 5.5 hours and were looking forward to a hot shower. I was quite disappointed that we were not informed of this prior to our stay or offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience considering running water is a basic necessity...

Very clean, bright, and spacious room. Soooo close to the airport yet still quiet. Modern amenities and very nice touches. Gym was excellent for my needs - free weights, cardio machines, pool, sauna. Across from mall, restaurants.

1)The hot tub was closed and I was notified after I checked in.
2)$150 was charged to my card for a damage deposit that will take 3-5 days to return. Yet it was taken from me immediately. I'll worry it's not returned for days. Why would you think this is a good thing for your customers?
