This hotel is a cross the street from a night club that has excessively load music until 3 am every night. Avoid if possible if you cherish sleep.

The location is very convenient. You won’t have any trouble finding good restaurants and shopping options. The staff is also very friendly.
However, since it’s in a busy area, I found the noise at night a bit disturbing. I also wish the breakfast menu had been more extensive.

The hotel’s location is great if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast which was included with our stay had everything you might want. We asked for 2 beds and again at check we confirmed our request, but when we got to the room we had 1 bed and a cot. The front desk insisted that it was the same which is not the case. After spending the first night on th cot, we got our rooms changed the next day.

Service and cleanliness are always top notch. My complaints are small: the pillows are too high (but firm) or too shallow (and too loose). I would like an option that it's firm but not so high. The other one is that I couldn't find the AC panel. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Room had no AC. Called and they sent someone up who said it was broken they would change our room.

Mentioned in the morning to the front desk staff who acted shocked and said they would fix it. Never happened.
Breakfast lucky optd out of certainly not worth $17US per person.

My room faced the street an loud music kept me from sleeping. It was a club and the music played all night. Could not sleep. I would not stay here again.

The room was very dark and small. It was old and you coild feel on the floor where there were holes. Also during the middle of the night there was this terrible sewage odor thay we smelled and did not understand where it was coming from. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly.

Hotel location is not a convenient as advertised - it's on the edge of Zona T, and not a great value for the money - everything is old, not updated, much-advertised terrace on the roof is very small and there is no bar or anything there - just a place to sit. Towels are like sandpaper - first time towel service is bad at a hotel I stay. People are friendly though and ready to help. But overall I'm sure there are many cheaper and better hotels in Bogota with better locations in tourist zone.

Poor quality and service. Air conditioner broken, walks dripping water, and extremely rude front desk service. I explained the challenges and that I needed a late check out due to my delayed flight and was told I need to book a whole new reservation despite explaining the multiple problem I experienced.

Stay was excellent until morning of check out. When packing, I realized a pair of boots were missing from my room. When checking out I was told I had to pay for three items from the mini bar, a mini bar I never touched, and when I told them about the missing boots, she kept saying, “Ok, don’t worry about it! Don’t worry about it” Zero apologies or responsibility. So a very disappointing end to an otherwise great experience, but now I would never recommend this hotel.

I personally would not rate this a five star hotel, not because of anything bad they did, but rather the conditions of the facility, overall I would say this is a 3.5 stars hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s no complaining on that, the rooms need to be updated
