Stayed one night before a cruise - offer airport shuttle (free) and shuttle to cruise (fee). Have stayed here several times - no issues! Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel for pre or post cruise. Close to Dania Point shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary Breakfast had nice selection of options. Front desk staff were all great. We had a 2 bed suite with mini kitchen + sitting area. Price waa alao reasonable.

We were not offered any water upon arrival and I am the Hilton honors number. When I checked out, the gentleman didn’t even say thank you or thank you for staying with us. Nothing like that. I did have an early check-in and they were very gracious about allowing me to check in an hour early And I was directed to help myself to coffee or tea and when I did, the kitchen lady was quite upset because she had just cleaned up and now there are people making tea and coffee. She was not happy.

Rundown property and not very clean in and out of the rooms. The hotel needs a lot of updating and the bed was old and flimsy.

We had a great stay, it was one of the best hotel we stayed at. When I check in, the lady at the front dest was great and helpful. Thank you, we will be back to stay again. We loved this hotel.

I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and chose this property based on location, price and option for free hot breakfast; all of which didn't disappoint.
I had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and was like what was depicted/advertised.
The one thing I would recommend is that this hotel needs to do some deep cleaning on the upholstered chairs in the room as well as the carpet in the room and in the passage areas and inside the lifts.
Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff that check us in was great. We were coming from a cruise and she placed our luggage in a locked room until we could check in. She was helpful, friendly, and recommended a great restaurant that was in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean.
My only suggestion would be to replace some items like, bathroom doors, carpet looks really old. Patches on wall and trim need to be better.

The room felt more like an apartment. It was spacious with appliances, silverware, dishes, pots & pans. The only problem was with internet. The television reception was spotty but the weather was bad (not to make excuses for it).

Staff was slow and acted like they didn’t care. They charged more than what I booked and they said it was expedias problem. Wouldn’t stay here again

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Only thing I didn't like, Expedia said I could pay in cash, but I was told by staff I had to use a card at the hotel.

I was greeted opening my door with a roach crawling on the floor. We stayed 3 days and saw large roaches every day, not palmettos. No hot water from bathroom faucet. Shower head broken, couldn't get it off massage. Otherwise, everything else ok. Restaurants close

The hotel qaa veey clean, smelled fresh . The room was huge and very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast waa clean and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.
