PDX - My stay was good. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful. He was very apologetic about the fact that the shuttle to pick up hotel guests at the airport didn't run after 11 pm. I was shocked and angry to find that they would not be picking me up! My flight landed at just before 11 pm and I called to get picked up just after 11 pm and was told there was no shuttle service available to pick me up!! There are numerous flights that land after 11 pm, yet Clarion does not have shuttle service after this time! I had to take a Lyft to the hotel ($19 to go 3 miles!). I will not ever be using Clarion (or their affiliates) property's services again. I do not recommend anyone booking with them, especially if your flight will or might arrive after 11 pm.

Hotel is undergoing a full remodel, but is a nice place to stay

Everything was great with the exception of the weak water pressure in the shower

Comfortable and check in was easy and concierge was helpful and recommended a close good restaurant. Only negative is that the hotel is under construction so the pool was closed

Late check in. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Carpet filthy. Bed comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which is very needed. Parts of the hotel were old and musty smelling. The room was comfortable but run-down with mold in the corners of the shower and chipped up furniture. The breakfast decent.

Nice airport hotel close to Resturants & shopping.
