We enjoyed our stay as the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. We weren't woken up by doors slamming or other hallway noise and there wasn't any traffic or highway noise. It was quite clean and the breakfast was good. So overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Was just passing through. The hotel is great. Only complaint is the continental breakfast wasn’t very friendly for someone with dietary restrictions. The one thing I usually can eat, eggs, was made into an omelet with cheese that I can’t eat.

Book a room with 2 beds. Was not ready when I arrived and I requested a room with 2 beds by an elevator. She advised that was what I got. When I arrived to the room was a king bed and pull out couch. They advised would change but l ready had my stuff there and it had been a long travel day. Light flickered. The breakfast was not as shown on the internet. Disappointing. As the lady running things seems to be very friendly I felt the breakfast are not appealing and the food below average. I updagraded our last night feeling that we were getting a good stay and good breakfast, was disappointed. Thank you.

I loved how clean it was. The breakfast attendant needs a raise. Conveniently close to the interstate. I would stay here again.

Room was clean but had a musty smell like covered up cigarette smoke and the shower had terrible water pressure compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Also, when we booked the room through hotels.com it stated that there was a free drink per person upon check in. The front desk said they do not serve any type of drinks there so that was a bummer!

The staff was great, very nice people. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it had a lot of options and the hot food was hot. The staff working the breakfast was very nice and kept the food well stocked.
We had a water issue in the bathroom. There was a leak someplace that left water on the bathroom floor. In addition to that, we were missing a lightbulb in the bathroom [which is not as bad as the wet floor].
The mattress was lumpy, hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.
The room was clean minus the constantly wet floor in the bathroom.
For the amount of money I spent [over $300.00 with tax and fee crap] I expected a much better bed and room. I was very disappointed.

Hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable we’d stay again there again but with that said there were a few things to mention
Unfortunately they ran out of food for breakfast both days we were there and multiple people asked if more food could be put out and they were very apologetic about it but said they ran out of food so they couldn’t - so get down there early if you plan on eating the free breakfast
Also our ice bucket was moldy and so was the bottom of the shower curtain

I chose this hotel because the reviews were good. My first impressions of the property were not up to standard: overflowing trash bin at the entrance, garbage coffee cups left at the desk in the lobby, and a dirty floor from a spill that hadn’t been mopped. Further, there was no one at the desk when I arrived at 11:00 pm. I waited ten minutes for an employee to arrive from the parking lot, who then went in the back to find the person on duty who knew how to use the check-in system.
Aside from these things, the room was spacious and clean. I’m the morning I saw there was a baseball team or two staying for a tournament, which probably explains the mess.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities clean and efficiently cared for, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

Our family has stayed here quite often in the past and there was such a difference between a year ago and now. The staff was definitely friendly and the breakst area was very well cared for.
Our room smelled like it had been smoked in, there was not a full roll of toliet paper on the holder and there was not an extra in the room.
There was grime in the bathtub and in the corners of the bathroom. The worst was that was not a king size mattress cover on the bed, it either a double or queen size.
The pool and hot tub surfaces were looked dirty and like they needed to be cleaned.
Im sad because Country Inn & Suites used to one of my go to hotels but i cant now....they've changes managment from Radisson to Choice recently and that may be part of the issue.

The Country Inn was recommended to us and we are very pleased it was. All employees were very friendly and professional.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was quite plentiful.
I strongly recommend this hotel if you goingto St. Cloud andvicinity.
