The hotel never came to clean the room after our 3 day stay

The lobby was bright and nice space for relaxing. They also had a Caribou Coffee in the lobby. Nice for coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning. We had an updated room and the bed and pillows were excellent. Slept like a rock.
Legends, there restaurant/bar was under construction.

Noise level in hall at 11pm. Front desk not answering phone in timely manner.
Could have been a lot cleaner.
I felt it was not worth what I paid.
This hotel used to be high end. Not any more. Not impressed.

Leaving the impression that there is a bar and restarant. It is so limited for both alcohol and food , very disappointing. First suggestion would be to get Legends up and running asap!

No breakfast. No jets in the hot tub. One with jets wad under construction.

The pools were nice beds great
with remodel part of hotel closed the courts etc. not reflected in the price. also no outlets by the bed. they could put in bedside lamps with outlets. people have medical devices requiring outlets by the bed ie. cpap

Once again. I loved everything. Keep up the good work guys. Maybe some of them other hotels will follow suite and be part of a Winning team
I loved everything about the place. I always have. Don't bug you about check out, great breakfast, awsome staff, always clean and they respect the privacy of others. 5 gold stars!!!!

Didn’t know the kids area was closed completely so that was disappointing. We have been there often and kids love the basketball and volleyball area. Only 1 pool and hot tub open due to covid and you have to reserve the time.

It was nice hotel and whatever but I dont think 130+ a night is fair
The rate is crazy high and I don't feel like I get my value for how much I pay
