The maids where always ready to help with our room and always helpful. Front desk amazing helpful and easy to get along with and went beyond our expectations for this we are greatful for them as well as they treated my pets as if they were their own that is a plus for my dogs are like my kids I treat them as they are and so did everyone at the motel thanks again for the great service.

Smelly, broken bath, very old and poorly maintained

The room smelled absolutely horrible The beds were dirty They tried charging me for an entire new booking because we showed up after midnight even tho we booked before midnight

The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants.

It’s hard to see how a town such as St. Cloud could command such high prices for a hotel.

The maid was amazing. She very nice and polite.

Unfortunately the beds were really hard. We couldn’t get rooms right next to each other. I have a big enough family that we need two rooms and she had four right in a row open and we got the two open ones as far apart as possible. I have kids and the hall just stunk of pot. I’m not a prude by any means but when you come out of your room and there is a haze in the hall….. anyway the water never got above lukewarm and the breakfast room had toast cereal and waffles. No fruit eggs any thing else very slim choices.

The woman who was working the front desk when we checked in, I did not get her name but it started with an o, was fabulous! Fabulous! She was so nice and so friendly and very helpful to me and everyone else that was checking in at the same time

The neighborhood was a little iffy
