Well kept, comfortable for our one night stay. Liked having Starbucks across the street.

Breakfast was decent - quite a few options. The room set up was awesome - very accommodating. Love the extra pillows and the kitchen was convenient. The location was great for walking to restaurants, Starbucks, and a liquor store.

The bed was not the most comfortable and some of the pillows were lumpy. Also the top comforter was scratchy.

It had a full size fridge, liked the kitchen and the bed was pretty comfortable

It was advertised as a suite with a hot tub, it was just a regular king size bed, false advertising about the tub because it only has a regular bathtub/shower combo in the unit. The bedroom TVs direct tv also wasn't working, just kept getting an error code. Already complained about the hot tub not being in the room even though it states it on my reservation so I didn't feel like looking like a Karen and complaining about the tv or the light not working either. It was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my wifes birthday so that was rather disappointing.

Breakfast had a great selection, did not even need to leave as the breakfast provided was very decent! The room we got was spacious and cozy. The bathroom was good and the provided toiletries were great. When we asked for more the staff were eager to help and very friendly.

While we were there, the hot tub was unfortunately not working. Other than that there really isn't much to complain about.

I like the location and the fact the bedroom is separated from the living room, I also love the fact there's a full fridge and it's like living at home with them providing silverware, dishwasher, stovetop.

the breakfast quality was low. Not enough portions of cooked foods, they were so slow on putting freshly cooked food out. I'm guessing stingy and lazy. people were also smoking between the 2 doors in the inside entrance and were in the way when we came in and left. I feel like they should have been asked to smoke outside and also away from the entrance.

At first they said my card was declined even though it showed on my side pending. They try to force a second payment again the next morning which my bank blocked A guest from a different room dropped his beer in the hot tub then decided pour rest of it out when brought to the night aautidor attention was told nothing he could do they check pool/hot tub chemicals every 8 hours I'd the aren't right then they will close it down in same breath said there is so many chemicals that it wouldn't matter still waiting for the hotel to straightened out my account Sunday marks a week's incentive I checked out
