Too was not dirty at all but was not as clean as I’m used to. The shower leaked water and was slow to drain.

Good location! But the staff at the front not so friendly, I ask the girl at the front if I can have same floor as another family and she was gladly going to help me but then a guy named Carlos came in and said no and if I wanted same floor I'll have to wait more time. Also I didn't get my VIP perks.

We have stade there a few times but noticed the quality has gone down and less aminitys not to sure if we will go back

It was a weekend stay, I love staying here. Close to the border and shopping centers. There’s a Starbucks downstairs. All staff is always helpful, and very friendly

First had dinner upon arrival in hotel restaurant & had to wait 40 minutes for our food with only 3 customers at their tables. Then the our rooms shower had no water pressure at all & hot & cold water settings were not properly labeled, & had to wait 10 minutes for water to get warm enough to shower. Tried to turn on the room heater & no heat what so ever on a cold night, so then I called the front desk & was told that the main hotel heater system was not officially turned on until December! Unexceptable accommodations & will not return.

I used to like it better. I guess like everything else prices are going up everywhere. I told them my brother was staying with me for the night and they charged me another $28. I haven't had hotels in the states charge extra for that. Plus they used to let you check in at 1pm, and now it's 3pm.

Liked the location of property, close to many places walking distance. However, the room we stayed in was horrible. As soon as we took a shower there was water leaking and you could hear the water dripping all night long.

The property is central to medical area. Our room was not in good shape. Musty smell. The bathroom had a shower that loudly dripped the whole night. The top bed spread needs replaced.

My husband and I have stayed here many times so I was looking forward to coming back but the bed was not comfortable, the comforter (top blanket) looked dirty, no wash cloth in the restroom, water power in the shower was low and would have taken forever to wash the shampoo out, and the bar service was not friendly. Took several minutes to be acknowledged. Not sure if only certain rooms have mini refrigerators but they should be included in every room.

Property needs attention. The bath towels looked old and dirty (no longer white) the shower kept leaking all night long. The carpet in the hallways look dirty.

First of all they didn’t have my room ready and had to give me something on the 8th floor , room was small compared to others, I have stayed at this property multiple times and hadn’t had any issues, room did not have dark curtains, it was hard to fall asleep with all the light from the city, receptionist was ok but not looked professional with his attire

Honestly, i was very disappointed right from the start, we arrived around 1:00 pm and they keep us waithing till 3pm , but we knowest that some people show up and got their rooms right away, and that make us feel less. Any way, ones we got our room, the room was hot as hell, floor sticky and the floor was laminated but we couldn't walk around with out showes because laminated floor was loose. Over all not happy with this hotel. Sorry.
