The carpets in the hotel were filthy. The road noise outside the hotel made it hard to sleep. I felt the springs in the mattress. There was no microwave in the room. You had to use a phone to call to get help at the front desk. I won’t stay here again.

Was a decent hotel that served his purpose.

Too much construction/remodeling going on. The food was excellent. Our room was great! In the future we will visit again, I'm sure of it.

Strong odor, very musty. Mold in the bathrooms ripped screens on the windows. Refrigerator would not open because it was too big for the cabinet it was placed in. Expected a basic room for one night but the condition was not good.

I recently stayed at this property and found it to be clean, safe, and quiet. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The fridge in the room was damaged, though it was still functional. The toilet ran continuously and clogged easily, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were unfinished holes in the walls that clearly needed repair. Overall, while the stay was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and safety, some maintenance improvements are definitely needed.

Overall, property was ok, close to a lot of things. However, there never seems to be anyone at the front desk. Checked in on a Thursday, room didnt get attended to until Sunday after raising concerns to front desk. Room had a musty smell and floors were sticky. Will not stay at this property again.

We were participating in the Three Rivers Art Festival and this was our best bet for a hotel for the weekend. It was very clean, surprisingly quiet for a weekend, very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Parking can be a challenge when it gets full, but other than that everything was great. The different waffle batter flavors were a nice touch at breakfast!

There is almost no usable counter space in the bathroom. The narrow strip of counter around the sink immediately becomes wet and drips onto the floor. Please consider installing a wall shelf, or putting a table or set of shelves in the bathroom. While the rest of our stay was pleasant, the lack of counter space is enough to make us choose a different hotel in the future. Compliments to the staff!

1st off lets start by saying 10 dollars to park when i just paid 100 for a room is a joke. Second the bed was not clean. Every corner of the bathroom had black stuff. Room smelled of smoke. The front dest lady was rude.

Had a great stay here while traveling across the country. I forgot some valuables there and the staff was extremely helpful in getting them back to me. Highly recommend!

Our bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We forgot a phone and the staff had it located before we were back in the door to search for it! Thank you!

Our stay was short and the Hampton gave us all that we wanted.

Very loud noise from traffic since next to highway so sleeping wasn’t the best.

Room was better than i expected. I was concerned about staying across from the pool, but it wasnt an issue. I will stay with them again on my next vist.

We were in town just for the night and stayed in the king suite. Elevator was kinda sketchy so ended up taking the stairs mostly. The room was spacious but wasn’t very clean (found half eaten bun underneath the chair and clothes left behind in the pull out sofa) the AC didn’t seem to work that well. They did serve breakfast with pretty good hot items. Location was great with a lot of restaurant options nearby

Our room was somewhat updated and clean. We appreciated the desk and table space. The beds where comfortable and excellent lighting and counter space in the bathroom.

Very quiet and next to restaurants and stores

Stayed for the weekend after 4 days on the road moving our daughter to Fort Wayne from CA. We had a King Suite and it was beautiful! Very private spacious bedroom with a king bed and tv, nice separate living room with a pull out couch for our adult daughter, nice vanity space with a separate bathroom and nice shower, and a kitchenette with a table, sink, and small fridge and freezer. It was like a little apartment for the weekend… just perfect! (And great AC!) Great lap pool and full gym with everything you need for a good workout, including treadmills, a Pelaton style bike, full weight rack and a bosa and yoga ball. Really nice. Full breakfast buffet with lots of options… waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, muffins, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee! Very friendly staff! Rhonda, the manager on duty, was very sweet, housekeeping was very friendly, and our new favorite friend, Phil, who took care of the breakfast area, was SO great!! (Love him!) Be sure to tell him Debbi says hi! ;-) The hotel is in a good location, right near the freeway, with lots of food options in the area and a great variety of restaurants, including a Starbucks right down the street! And Costco is just over the freeway… free breakfast every morning at the hotel and Costco chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner! What more could a person need?! =) We will definitely be back again… thanx for a great stay! P.S. Love the cure coffee cups! They made me smile!!
