I stay here often, because of location to businesses as well as family. The staff is typically very helpful and accomodating, the rooms are reasonably clean, the beds and air conditioning are good. The only complaint I really have is that the breakfasts are really bland and unappetizing. Not sure this is a problem that staff can control but Quality Inn really needs to look at this

I've stayed here several times now, and every time the staff is prompt and friendly, the rooms are clean with a little kitchenette, and there's an indoor pool. Easy parking and access. Highly recommended.

This hotel was fine for one night. The only thing I wanted to do that I couldn't was the hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet does need to be updated, but it seems like a good place to stay when traveling between places.

The room was fine but it was a big pain to check in after hours. The night auditor had to call a manager, it took about 30 minutes to check in. Not fun after working a long event!

DIRTY/UNSANITARY— DO NOT LEAVE ANY DRINKS OPEN! At a glance the room looked fine. However that all changed after we left a bottle of lemonade open in the bathroom and came home several hours later to an ant farm that had swarmed the entire bathroom counter. They were crawling on the walls, on the towels, and outside our room door. It was an absolute nightmare and not what we wanted to deal with at 1:30 in the morning. It was so bad that the staff even told us that they invaded the room next door. When I walked my dog outside the property, there were larger ants crawling all on the curb.
The staff at the time did what they could, but there were no other rooms available so we had no choice but to spend the night in an ant infested room. The night front desk staff member Bri could have been more apologetic. The day front day staff Callina was great. The manager was apologetic and I received half of my money back. Would not stay here again.

The service at this hotel was extremely impressive. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond in a way you dont often see at a large chain hotel. I was very impressed!

We've stayed here before, but we're so disappointed this time. It's become run down. The pool area needs attention - the railing so loose its dangerous.
The water was cloudy and the edges felt slimy.
The spa hasn't been fixed in quite a while.
The pillows are old and lumpy. The bed bows, not a decent mattress.

The staff and ownership were so helpful in accommodating a few requests during my 10 night stay 😀. They are friendly and helpful and I truly appreciate that they welcome dogs.

The young man that checked us in was very nice and so polite. He allowed my son granddaughters to visit for a little party and swimming.

The beds were old spring mattresses that were pretty uncomfortable but other than that our stay was nice.

I was disappointed in the property. I know that its old, however, there should be more maintenance done. The carpet in our room had a large stain on it. We were on the first floor and you could hear the upstairs room everytime they walked across the floor. The ceilings aren't very well insulated. The spa was broken and empty and the pool water looked cloudy. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy. The tub water backed up over my ankles when I was taking a shower. Maintenance did come the next day and unclog the drain. I would not stay here again.

Brianna was a pleasure to do business with. She was extremely helpful, informative, and educated. Atul Shah and his two sons, Jai and Deep, were equally friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night visit for the reasons listed above.
I hope Choice Hotels continues to lead the way in environmental initiatives by eliminating single-use plates and silverware. Additionally, there should be more protein options for breakfast.

It was nice enough but:
Breakfast was cold some days
Ran out of coffee in our room
3 adults, we ran out of toilet tissue
We did realize the first night that there were 3 layer of curtains so the bright sun came in before 6:00 am
I am unaccustomed to requesting daily service and I don’t care for it
All that being said, everyone was super nice and so I would return

We were upcharged quite a bit for this room, like $300 a night, and felt like my hands were tired because of limited options in the city because of wvent. The room was not a $300 a night hotel.

The property was clean and the room spacious with good amenities (coffee maker, large fridge, cups, towels). Staff were very helpful and breakfast bar was more than adequate. However, the window AC unit would not cool down regardless of setting. There was loose garbage under the beds. TV station selection was poor.
