Great hotel in perfect location

The BEST hotel I have ever had the PLEASURE of staying in. Staff are all so helpful and friendly, from reception to dining room to cleaners. Staff are extremely approachable, and always always happy to help. I asked to switch from a double to a twin bedded room. The staff were only too happy to oblige, and even wanted to carry my luggage between rooms. In the breakfast room, after 2 days the staff anticipated my request for decaffeinated coffee and were offering to make it before I needed to ask. And all was done with a smile. It was a delight to stay here. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Sevilla. We loved the ambiance and character of this hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was fabulous! The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean with huge towels and great toiletries. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location couldn’t be better with lots of cafes minutes from the hotel. Easy walk to all sites such as the cathedral and Alcazar. You will not be disappointed.

Very clean and modern hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms. Good location close to main attractions and taxi stand. Also appreciated the complementary water and bathroom amenities kit with cute amenities bag. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Great location for walking the city, with amazing food right on the doorstep. The pool on the roof was perfect

Could maybe have some matts in the halls to avoid hearing steps at night

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seville and enjoyed the hotel greatly. The rooms were clean and very nice and the hotel staff were very attentive as well. The breakfast was quite large with a lot of options - very nice treat. The only issue is if you are driving it's a bit difficult to drive to the hotel due to the very narrow streets - nail bitting for sure but the drive out was much easier.

The location is really good, the service was excellent and the facilities are comfortable. The only minus was that the soundproofing of the room was poor.

Great location and friendly staff. My only issue is that I could hear noise coming from adjacent rooms all night. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

From start to finish all staff at this hotel were excellent, they were all very friendly and happy to help with anything definately give this hotel 5 stars, location and rooftop pool and bar were excellent too.

If you are travelling to Seville this hotel is a must to stay at, it’s so central and within walking distance to all the sights. The staff were all exceptional and the hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The rooms were well laid out and had fab air conditioning, this was needed as was up at 40degrees most days. The breakfast was the best buffet with everything you could ask for and up at the rooftop pool there was also lovely food served there too and all at a reasonable price, cocktails 9 euros so good price and delicious. We got a private taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was 40 euros return and about 20/30 mins depending on traffic. All in all would definitely recommend to family and friend to stay there.

The folks at the desk were super helpful and friendly woth us non Spanish speakers. Located just a few blocks from the cathedral walkable to everything. Rooms super clean and rooftop pool and bar were just great.

This hotel is beyond amazing! It is located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Seville - 5 minutes walk from the Real Alcazar and Cathedral. The rooms are very nice, quiet and very comfortable. The terrace with pool is superb with views of the beautiful city. The restaurant is also excellent. What really sets this hotel apart though is the staff! I unfortunately was sick during my stay and everyone was so kind and caring. I want to thank Luis, David and Minerva at the front desk who went beyond to help…I cannot say enough except look no further and book this hotel without hesitation. The safe was locked in the open position so unusable but the hotel was lovely rooms are really clean and the maid service was superb Pool was really nice with a decent amount of sun beds

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very courteous and friendly. It is in a great location - it’s in a quiet area but very close to everything. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area.

Great hotel. 10 minute walk from the main square. Clean, lovely hotel staff if a bit grouchy at the pool bar. Rooms nice. Rooftop bar and pool lovely.

Hotel has always been amazing. This is my second time and will come again. My family came for the first time and they loved it receptionist and all employees even in the terrace. It was super friendly and courteous

This was one of the most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at on our Spanish holiday. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Despite the pool area being busy due to peak season, the cleanliness is a credit to the staff.
