Place was horrible, full of bums and drug addicts. Dirty and full of mold. Walked in our room turned around and cancelled reservation.

Not the worst stay, but not the best either. Have stayed at extended stays previously which had set my expectations of the brand. This location in North Olmsted left me feeling like it was the communities housing for displaced resident.
Will definitely choose a different brand hotel in the future.

Horrible customer service, should probably replace the manager with a person who actually has manners. Not one good experience at this location. Lots of drug deals done on the property, along with fighting and arguing in the hallways, all hours of the night. Definitely not returning.

It was not good. Stayed two nights. That was too long. Complimentary breakfast was awful. Coffee was in drinkable. Will never stay at sn Extended Stay America again!!

The gentleman that did the check in process was extremely professional and kind. Having a kitchen in room is such a convenience while travelling, Beds were comfortable and Linens were very clean but given the age of everything else it was obvious that it would be difficult for any cleaners to properly clean and sanitize the rooms. Overall the building, fixtures, and furniture are tired and in need of maintenance or complete renovation.

The pictures are not with the hotel looks like, however they were just bought and under new management the last time I bought a room from them, so hopefully it got better!

The room was very spacious, but the carpeting base is falling down from the wall in some areas. Carpeting looks old & dirty. Teh bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Rook was a great size but was not thoroughly cleaned. Top of fridge had dead gnats or small lil bugs, sofa bed mattress was filthy. The concierge was nice about it and came up to clean it and put sheets while we were out. They were as accommodating as they could be. The hotel has a lot of potential. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again unless there were no other option.

I stayed one night only to sleep so it was pleasant

Sketchy people all around the hotel smoking and just hanging around. The walls were painfully thin and we were awake all night because the person above us was literally walking around all night. The beds felt like plastic toddler mattresses. The bathroom must have had a long standing leak because it felt like the floor was going to give when you walked on it. Water never got hot, only luke warm. The key to the room worked sometimes and not others. No dishes, silverware or anything you would need to use the kitchen. As far as hotel stays, this was one of the worst.

So they don’t let leave the review I want so no I would not recommend this hotel. I was not able to check in and they would not refund my money.

Filthy stove and not a single piece of glassware, kitchenware, silverware, or cookware. Not good for an extended stay hotel that has a stove and full size refrigerator. The entire interior looked very run-down.The room smelled musty. And the free breakfast they advertise? What a joke. A tiny pre-packaged muffin or a granola bar.

All the furniture in the room was broken. Toilet and stove was so dirty. Don’t book this hotel. Staff is very rude and never tries to help for any issues.

We only had one cup and had to get more from the front desk. The radio didn’t have any batteries so was useless. And the toilet needed to be cleaned better.

The room had a horrible musty smell that made all of our luggage and clothes smell like it. We bought and sprayed Febreeze just to be able to sleep. We also had a leaky air conditioner unit that made the carpeting wet, which we reported to the staff, who gave us a towel to put on the floor near it. Guests were hanging out in the parking lot in the late evening, which made us uncomfortable. Not staying there again.

This was nothing like other extended stays I have been to, the property is a bit beat, the room was supposed to have a sofabed, the one it had was broken and missing a mattress, mo cleaning went through, was supposed to have breakfast included but we never used it as it wasn’t clearly located or designated so we never bothered with it.

Definitely a no-thrills stay, with bare grab-‘n-go “breakfast” choices, but VERY CLEAN, nice staff and CAN’T BEAT THE PRICE!

So I checked in and was promptly told I couldnt park in the handicapped spot I was in because he assumed I didnt have one (I do). Making assumptions like that is pretty rude. Being 2024, I have NEVER stayed in a room that didnt have a coffee pot..well I did here. Everythi g is painted a dark beige so it was gloomy everywhere. There was NEVER anyone at the desk. Considering this was an extened stay hotel, it had no comfort at all. Glad I was there only 1 night.
