Good enough. Not fancy but serviceable. Needs better maintenance.

Only a few things not the greatest, carpet was stained, the AC didnt work all that well. It was good for the price. Staff was excellent.

I didn’t really feel safe. It felt ghetto. There was no communication with staff. I extended my stay due to having to stay an extra night and I went down to make sure they knew so they wouldn’t bang on my door and sure enough, the next morning they were banging on my door to leave.

Still waiting on a refund for checking out after one night stay.

Honestly everything dirty. It was noisy and hard to do work due to the constant noise.

The gentleman that did the check in process was extremely professional and kind. Having a kitchen in room is such a convenience while travelling, Beds were comfortable and Linens were very clean but given the age of everything else it was obvious that it would be difficult for any cleaners to properly clean and sanitize the rooms. Overall the building, fixtures, and furniture are tired and in need of maintenance or complete renovation.

The pictures are not with the hotel looks like, however they were just bought and under new management the last time I bought a room from them, so hopefully it got better!

The room was very spacious, but the carpeting base is falling down from the wall in some areas. Carpeting looks old & dirty. Teh bed was surprisingly comfortable.

This place needs an overhaul. Noisy, crappy parking. Lost power, and they don't have emergency lighting. Part of the roof fell in.

First impression - parking lot in disrepair. When you walk in the building you are hit with an unpleasant smell throughout the building. Found a live roach on one of the beds chirping away on my final night there. Room in poor condition with wear, nicks, and chips throughout. Safety door lock screws have been pulled out of the door. TV controller has crud deposits and dead batteries. Front desk would not clean or replace the controller. Advertised breakfast is almost non-existent (oatmeal packets, coffee & tea - you may ask the front desk for a small muffin or granola bar). Kitchen cabinets are empty-you must request any/all items/equipment you need in the kitchen. No ice machine in bldg. Non-functional built-in microwave above counter. 2nd microwave on countertop. Sticky kitchen and bathroom floor. No hair dryer in room. Paper sign at front desk said no vacancies 3 of my 4 nights; however, the company's online website showed availability and would allow you to book it. Lower class motel/hotel would have been so much better!

Rook was a great size but was not thoroughly cleaned. Top of fridge had dead gnats or small lil bugs, sofa bed mattress was filthy. The concierge was nice about it and came up to clean it and put sheets while we were out. They were as accommodating as they could be. The hotel has a lot of potential. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again unless there were no other option.

Wood furniture (desk, side table etc.) need to be deep cleaned, kitchen drawer fronts and pulls, as ALL are sticky/dirty too the touch. Bathroom floor was also sticky.

Nick at the front desk was very helpful and nice i would recommend this hotel it's clean friendly convenient.

Sketchy people all around the hotel smoking and just hanging around. The walls were painfully thin and we were awake all night because the person above us was literally walking around all night. The beds felt like plastic toddler mattresses. The bathroom must have had a long standing leak because it felt like the floor was going to give when you walked on it. Water never got hot, only luke warm. The key to the room worked sometimes and not others. No dishes, silverware or anything you would need to use the kitchen. As far as hotel stays, this was one of the worst.

So they don’t let leave the review I want so no I would not recommend this hotel. I was not able to check in and they would not refund my money.

I stayed one night only to sleep so it was pleasant

The lady at the front desk was great. Answered all my questions and very understanding when i had an issue.

The hotel had a strong smell of dirtiness, the room didn’t have the AC on and it smelled of musk and being closed for too long. There was also a random sock on one of the beds.

Filthy stove and not a single piece of glassware, kitchenware, silverware, or cookware. Not good for an extended stay hotel that has a stove and full size refrigerator. The entire interior looked very run-down.The room smelled musty. And the free breakfast they advertise? What a joke. A tiny pre-packaged muffin or a granola bar.

signed in the room was broken , couldn’t sleep on it . They do not clean the room at all , if you want it clean you need to pay for it . I asked for an extra pillow , and they said there are no extra pillow. The room had a terrible smell
