It is a great hotel with staff that makes you feel welcome.

Check in was 3 hours late for us. We were exhausted after flying out of Vancouver ! Kept getting the runaround d for the room until 6:00.

The hospitality was excellent the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is perfect and close to everything! Looking forward to our next stay.

Excelent hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect. In a quiet street close to all the main city tourist spots.

Eccellent service, especislly from Victor the bellboy who was so helpful, kind amd considerate. He helped us so much with the bags and getting a taxi snd was so warm and welcoming. Also a bif shout out to the lady st breakfast, i think her name was Shrw shrw, she was lively, helping my mom pracyoce her french, friendly and hempgul towards mt baby and my childs needs. Overall, stagg were superb, coulsnr ask for better service , only downside was it was a little pricey for a small hotel but the staff made the trip memorable and comfortable. Also victoria, the housekeeping lady was excellent, so thorough in her job, excellent cleanliness and so sweet.

I would absolutely stay here again. My husband, two daughters and I had a perfect one night stay. The staff is above and beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy walking to many cafes, shops etc. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family when travelling to Paris.

Excellent hotel, perfect location in Paris with most attractions close by. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They pampered my kids and ourselves everyday with a different surprise. The hotel was super clean and in very good condition. We felt like at home in our stay in Paris. Highly recommended hotel. We cannot wait to be back to Hyatt Madeleine.

David, the property manager helped a lot with bookings for museums, Versailles and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The staff are very nice and professional. Upon arriving, we were greeted and offer drinks. When we entered our room, they had a small dessert, wine, sweets, and kids journal book prepared for us as a welcome gesture. Our suite is spacious, my children (7 & 9 years old) enjoyed the comfortable sofa bed. Our bed is soft and comfortable. The pillows were perfect. I have spine issues and I didn’t have any pain after sleeping on the bed. The room is clean and the air conditioning is great kept us cool during the heat wave in July when we went. They clean everyday and provide bottled water. Also the air is clean and smells really good when we enter our room. The hotel is beautiful and is near to a lot places to eat. We enjoyed our stay for my husband’s birthday. I wish we were in the higher floors or have a view of the Eiffel Tower hopefully next time they can accommodate that request. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine! Thank you!

Exceplent hotel with smazing staff, conveniently located around all important attractions.

Everything was great except it was noisy at night from the bathroom. We could hear the showers and flushing of other rooms, not sure if it’s from above or next door. Otherwise a great week there.

This is a very well situated property for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. It is a well appointed and welcoming environment . The rooms were of a comfortable size and the bathroom is quite large and useful. The staff is very attentive and pleasant to interact with.

Front desk staff are friendly and full of insider tips about Paris. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Location is central to everything, a short walk to many top restaurants, but away from the crowds of tourists. David the manager and his team went above and beyond. Thank you for having us.

I have stayed in Paris on several occasions and will certainly return to this hotel. The rooms are well appointed, large by Paris standards, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideally situated to access shopping areas, restaurants and all that Paris has to offer.

Excellent service and accommodations

We were so impressed by everyone at the hotel, they went above and beyond to help us and with two very small children it was SO appreciated! Allowing us to rest in a room before our actual room was ready for check-in was a lifesaver after the red eye from NYC. The wine and festive chocolate for the kids for Christmas in our room was such a lovely and generous surprise. The food, the drinks, the service was impeccable and our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for, and more! thank-you!

Very good services with a surprise halloween gift for kids

We stayed here our last night in Paris and the room exceeded my expectation. The superior room was large for Paris standards and the bathroom seemed fairly newly renovated and was clean and spacious. The service was excellent as well- the pullout bed was made for our daughter when we arrived after a long day of travel from Provence, much to our delight. We also were brought up pastries and coffee earlier than the restaurant was planning to open so we could have fuel for our trip back to California. All in all this was a great hotel!
