The room is pretty basic. Carpets are very soiled and stained; lots of dust in corners near bed and sofa; smallest 32 inch lg tv (too small for distance from bed).
Popcorn ceiling still exists; bathroom pipes vibrate (needs an upgrade); however, the positive aspect was the free breakfast and the gym was unexpectedly great.
If you want minimal amenities and no frills, stay here for the price.

Staff were friendly, and the room was HUGE considering the low price. More than worth it. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will go back!!

It was a chill weekend, kinda annoyed with oir neighbors cooking fish in their room , yuck it smelled, I don't like the fishy smell but it was in passing thank goodness couldn't smell it fron our room. Not the hotels fault but yeah our bathroom needs minor repairs overall it was a great stay

Bed is quite uncomfortable if staying for longer than a night. Pool lights did not work and was a bit dirty. Breakfast was ok. But there were guests staying that wouldn’t use tongs provided and instead used their fingers and were eating over the food. Which was quite gross.

I liked how the room was cozy and felt like a business room i the living room, and private invthe bedroom. However the staff had never found my flashlight. I would like it to have it back, i mentioned it twice to the front desk.

There were a few housekeeping things that could be improved .
The bed making seemed off , the covers were not spic & span , found a long dark hair in the shampoo bottle

We happened to have a major malfunction with one of the beds in our bedroom. They quickly moved us to tremenduz the issue, but the new room still had major flaws. It was manageable, but not ideal.

Upon arriving they overbook and try sending customers to a sister hotel.. we ended up having to clean the room ourselves before we could get comfortable. That included changing bloody bedding wiping down tables and floor and deep cleaning bathroom. The set-up of the rooms is what attracts customers as it offers privacy but the cleanliness is not there to match.. Ac system needs to be updated as our room was never below 70 degrees.. the staff was friendly but only gave exceptional responses when in front of managers who pride the customer satisfaction

We were welcomed in and got everything we needed. No hassles. Which was grwat after an afternoon of driving and the hot Phoenix weather. When our room would not get cool the next day due to our A/C we were helped promptly. Given a new room which was way cooler and had more room. Over all it was a great experience.

Overall the stay was okay, we booked a little get away with friends but when we got there we’re annoyed finding out that hotel.com overbooked the room.
So instead of a room with two beds I got a room with one because they had no more two beds .

It was okay. They charged me twice for my hotel room. They didn’t know I already paid it through a 3rd party. And now I have to wait until I get my refund on the 2nd payment.

Good fitness room. Barking dog next door kept me awake. Odd stains on bed skirt, curtain, night stand. I could not find an ice machine, and the trashcan by the elevator was smelly with the same trash in it for my entire stay. The breakfast food was decent, but the area to sit was very small and there wasn’t enough seating. The hotel was in a good location just off the freeway abundant shopping centers around, however, the freeway closure made commuting to anywhere inside the Phoenix area quite inconvenient.

We booked 2 double rooms, however we arrived late, so our two rooms were given away. Hotel management planned to give us 2 king beds with pull outs, 2 rooms total, but that wasn't going to work for us. Then he said I can give you another king sized bed with a pullout, comped. We were now in three bedrooms on three different floors. When I got to my room with my little one, there was some kind of device left that smelled up the whole room. I had to go back downstairs to let them know and he put me in a double bedroom, so I had to go back to the first room and get my things then head to the new room. It was about an hour by between arrival to when were finally settled. Not the best but not the worst experience. Breakfast was fine, typical offerings of eggs, cereal, meat, bagels/toast, fruit and juice/milk.

The property looks nice from the outside but inside is different. It's very worn down and dirty. Hallways smell like rotten garbage. Rooms are old mattress are old . Bedding is disgusting with blood stained sheets . Air conditioner vent is dismantled with screws hanging out. I'm asking for a refund. We don't have time to change rooms as we checked in late and leaving very early just passing through town. Waste of money and time, never again. Would of been better off in a seedy motel down the road.

Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good when the regular choices were available. (i.e. breakfast potatoes weren't available our first day because the oven wasn't working; then the waffle maker had to be replaced the second day.)
We stayed in a King Suite (separate bedroom/living area.) The suite was a bit on the smaller side, but the layout was perfect for the rooms. The room/bathroom were clean; and the king bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Only other hiccup was that the bathroom vent didn't work, and we were missing the second tv remote. Other than that, we were pleased with our 2 night stay and we would definitely stay again.

If you have always stayed in a 4 star hotel then this specific establishment is not for you.
I didn’t get the hotel vibe from the moment I briefly checked in, the elevator did not function properly. Right outside the elevator door you are faced with a smelly large garbage bin. Yes, it wasn’t there by mistake, it was actually placed there.
The rooms were not clean, the sofa bed had unusual spots and the air filtration ducts had residue and dirt, seemed it wasn’t cleaned in a Long time. I could not have stayed there for another 5 mins and requested a checkout immediately. The manager was kind enough to offer me another room but it was no different than the previous one. He offered me a full refund as I checked out. For a 2 start hotel it wasn’t even cheap. I had to book it because I could find anything else. Because of this I payed double the price for the rest of my stay in another hotel. I hope Expedia helps compensate me for some of that.

Great staff and service, clean room, we really liked the layout of our king room. Fairly decent breakfast. Being from Vancouver, British Columbia, it was the first time I’ve ever seen chili being served for breakfast, We opted out on the Chili. Some minor road type construction taking place at the front of the hotel. Other than that, every was spectacular, including the price point.

Staff is terriffic and freindly, Manager Kaleigh and front desk Ian and Joseph were very atttentive. My only issue was that housekeeping appeared to only make up the beds when we checked in, as there were items left behind on the floor and in the drawers from previous guests. We were switched rooms, and Kaleigh handled the situation with the upmost professionalism.
