If I could upload pictures, I would do not under any circumstance book this hotel room. The area is safe. The sleeping conditions were very unsafe. Hotels.com honestly needs to take this off their website. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the whole building really needs to be shut down.

This entire hotel has a distinct smell. There is obvious water damage on the carpets in the hallways, the in room AC had no controls, it was stuck on 62. The

The carpets were sticky the curtains were stained. Bed broke. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi. Absolutely filthy hotel. Charged extra for dog when this was not told in advance. Tried to cancel and was told no.

The Wi-Fi needed a passcode and no one knew it. They said manager knew it but never answered anyone’s calls

The elevator was not working. The rooms were terribly outdated. The sliding door glass was filthy. Will not recommend it. The window unit was of at arrival and the toilet was not in working order. I had to correct it on my own.

It reminded me of the movie the shinning. I was waiting for the twins to appear saying Redrum. It smelled like mildew. Not what I expected. Breakfast was good. Not to friendly the staff in the restaurant. The waitress took forever to give us the bill. We had to call her. Never said her name. The rugs looked like it’s never been cleaned. It’s an old building I guess.

I don't like the room with a balcony by the pool. I like the room with balcony by the street, I was telling the girl at the front desk and she did not give to me. This is my 6 time at this hotel and I like because is to close to my family in Coral Gables and my friends. I was renting 2 rooms by my name on March 28, 2024 but I was very disappointment this time because I found out that they have empty the room I want.

I had my wallet stolen from this place. Door locked, every security measure in place, but the hotel allowed someone into the premises given to thievery. TLDR: this place just sucks. Spend your money elsewhere:

the hotel has excellent location but its poorly managed and its really dared. the pool was disgustingly dirty it was green with garbage at the bottom only when i complained it was cleaned and it was soo dirty it had to be closed for 2 days

Shower was unsafe. Room was not cleaned, or trash not collected, bedding and towels were not changed, power outlets were NG,. We stayed two nights. And the TV was NG. And no refrigerator.

It had mold in the room. Everything is old and dirty. The phone didn’t work the tv barely worked. There was stains in the carpet. Took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket. The food at the restaurant was terrible. I wish I could get a full refund

The hotel over all needs to be seriously updated and thoroughly cleaned. The rooms are always hot no matter what temperature setting you have the ac on. It’s not the worst but for the money there is definitely better out there

The phone didn't work, the carpet smelled very bad, and I woke up with rashes on my body. The lights in the lamps never turned on, and both the room and the hallway had an unpleasant odor. The elevator was in very poor condition, and we didn't dare use it for fear of getting stuck.

STAY AWAY!!! THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL IS A DRUNK! SHE WALKS AROUND THE HOTEL DRUNK AND INSULTING EVERYONE INCLUDING THE GUEST. THE HALLWAYS HAVE NO A/C ITS HOT AND MUGGY!!! THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND THE A/C IS THE ROOMS DON'T EVEN HAVE COLD A/C. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

I found the toilet and sink dirty. Moth on the floor. The furniture and bed linens dirty. The furniture is old and in bad repair. It seems like they picked up just the garbage from the last guess leaving everything else dirty. I checked in at 9:30 pm approximately, they should have time to clean

Mariguana user allows, electric receptacle old, shut down breakers. Tv without signal reported never showed. Management don’t worry about service. Summer times air conditioning are to old and bad shape and don’t cool the room. Room cleaning terrible. Bath towels with holes. Etc. More to write but waste of my time. A wonderful location, close to the airport, but no plane noise, close to Miami Port for cruises, very pretty area around the hotel, great Greek restaurant. All in all a great place to stay.

It was not the best experience, the room was full of insects, even inside the pillows. There were not enough towels included for the 4 people that were included in the reservation, we requested them and they only gave us one towel. We requested that the service be later and it was never done. I'm sorry to give a bad opinion but only so they could, if they set their mind to it, eliminate deficiencies and provide a better service.

Door to room split from moisture and the interior swinging door lock was missing. The bathroom sink fixtures were corroded and dirt, mold and rust had built up on its back side between the fixture and backsplash. The floor covering looked to be 50-years old, commercial grade nap that had been flattened from decades of use. Sticky to walk on.

The secondary location where they put me was not convenient.

Friendly staff, location, on-site restaurant, comfort enough mattress
Cons:
Room reeked of cigarette smoke, burns in the comforter, hairs in the tub, balcony door didn't close or lock, overpriced.
