Overall was good. Just two things. The first one and very important for me. There was no eggs at breakfast. And, the other thing was not enough towels in the bathroom. We were 4 and only one towel available.

The bed was a little hard, but the room ws very clean.

It was a good experience, clean and good service, I recommend it.

The perk is its close to Clifton Hills and The Falls. Thats about the only perk! Allows you to rest your head for tge night. Super outdated room like staying in a 80s room that still needed major renos. Front desk werent friendly and never gave clear instructions on parking as there was no availability to patk at the hotel. Parking a few blocks away is fun while dragging luggage and especially having to pay extra for it.

Our room was nice and clean, quite spacious, however the walls are quite thin and we were woken at 6am by a small child next door. Unfortunately that was not the only noise complaint, the doors to other rooms, when closing make a rather loud bang. I’m not super sensitive to noises but it would be a much more pleasant experience if the doors either closed slower or somehow made quieter. The breakfast was quite nice, but the room was very busy due to its size.

Great room size, friendly staff, except that a few towels had hair stuck on it, could not use it. Bed very confortable, nice view.

Rooms are pretty spacious, they have parking for $12 CAD per day which is not bad and overall a great hotel. They do have their own version of a continental breakfast which is more of grab and go type of food. Overall its a pretty good hotel!!

Good experience; walking distance to the main strip. Minimal breakfast options, but otherwise a comfortable stay. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Pretty good overall. I wish the room I was in had a mini fridge. The pool is not heated, so it was cold to get in. Plus side it was salt water.

Nice hotel clean rooms

Everything was close to the property. The staff was friendly and quick check in. The room was clean and the lobby.

From check-in to check-out, the stay was very good. Neat building and neat rooms, everything was in order. No complaints regarding the rooms and their cleanliness/comfort. Only suggestion is if the breakfast had more options and if the rooms had water bottles in them atleast.

Hotel was conveniently located to niagara falls, and had lots of dining options. Short walk to more entertainment as well. The hotel breakfast was small selection in comparision to other continental breakfasts i have had elsewhere. Overall great stay for the price!

It was alright. The room had a weird setup with furniture in locations that seemed odd, no fridge in the room, and a 32" TV. Too basic for me.

Breakfast was terrible. The room was very bad small. The room door was too tight to close and makes a noise. After check out, we can use parking lot more time that was good.

Made reservations for 2 with a hot tub, worst mistake ever. unfortunately there was no standard shower in the room and the toilet area was so tiny. The toilet was loose when sat on. Also, The chair pad in the room was not secure. The worst night ever for sleeping, the neighbors decided to run the hot tub after 12 midnight & woke us up with the loud noise of the water running & jets on. It lasted for over an hour. The plumbing is not sound proof. Got up in the morning on a rough start & decided to get breakfast in the lobby… it would’ve been nice to be notified that a bus load of guests were occupying the breakfast area before they departured. No sitting room, It was awful.

My room had a strong smell of urine . I had to buy lysol to soray the toilet and the bathroom floor. The smell of mold was also very strong. Room 316. I believe the room was eventualy flooded due to a nathroom issue at some point and the smell might have being coming from the carpet . I didn't ask to change rooms because it was the long weekend and I assumed the they were all occupied

I was disappointed that the rooms did not have small fridge and there was no seating area on the property and also no ashtrays outide. Otherwise everything was very good. I would and will stay there again.

It was a nice stay. Room did not have a mini fridge to keep beverages cool. Unhappy with hotel because I was charged for parking spot. Tv had many channels to choose from and watched. Air conditioner worked well and temperature could be adjusted to your liking.
