The customer service was ok, I ask for a different room from upstairs and they change it, the room was clean and they had new floors when you got in the room but then there was roaches.The ppl outside made me scared I thought they was going to come in on my sister and I. We got through the night safe.

The room has plenty of storage. They have a great dog policy. We needed a place to stay for almost a month and the space includes a larger than mini fridge and microwave. Also has a pool

The room that I was given the locks had been torn off the inside. The maids were very courteous and I felt like they reserve the better rooms for certain people and I apparently was not one of those people. I would recommend that you try the hotel right next door, the Park In Radisson.

Their bathroom are terrible, and needs to be updated. The pool was dirty but open, color was turning yellow.

There was a gigantic bug by the window where we had to check in after hrs. Like as big as your foot...how can they not see that?!
Looked passed that because I wanted a place to lay out heads for the night. Got the room key. Went and parked closer to our door. Got to the room and opened the door and got blasted in the face with humidity. Enough to take your breath away.
If you book this hotel please make sure to tinker with AC unit in the room so you can actual breath and stay comfy.
Other than these two issues our stay was good.

COULDN'T GET WIFI TO WORK AND NO GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS. THE BATHROOM LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. OVERALL CONDITION OF THE ROOM WAS MAYBE A 6 OUT OF 10.

Well it's ok because the prices are good but the people I'm the office aren't nice sometimes. Other than that it is ok.

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, didn't have a problem with check in everything was good. Will be back again

The staff took all of my stuff out of my room. I only got half back and noone wants to be responsible or make this situation right, giving me the run around

The room was nice and clean. The front desk was nice and helpful. The check in and out process was quick. I would stay at this location again.

Not terrible for one night stay, but losts if noise from traffic and other people. For a few dollars more there are nicer places to stay. I give it 2 1/2 stars

For a quick one night stop stay was okay. Room was dirty. Sink has red liquid in it. Floor was dirty and sticky. Turned bottom of socks and feet black.

The images were not correct for the room plus the housekeeper was rude and stole items from my room I will Not be revisiting!!!!

Extremely happy with my stay. Room was freshly cleaned prior to arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean but rundown. Doorknob in bathroom came off when opening the door. Toilet holder rusted. Bathtub scratched etc

The room was great! Clean, jacuzzi was nice.....but the upstairs guest must was drinking and doing drugs...they dropped bottles, moved furniture, and walked all night until 6am....i went and told the front desk....they called and the guy left for a hr and came back and they started up again.....i wanted to switch rooms!!!!...I wont be coming back not because of the staff or the room but because of my experience!
