Wasn't happy to have to pay $10.00 for parking on the street!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Everything was excellent , the staff at front counter and especially the kitchen staff

My family and I were in Albany for the Funeral service of our Aunt and expected to have a better experience for our rest time!!! The first thing I didn't like that I was unable to contact the front desk prior to my arrival. I tried unsuccessfully. Finally I reached out to reservations and after going through several people I got someome at a corporate office in Orlando Fl. My question was answered. I made reservations for 3 rooms and was charged parking. I didn't park in the parking lot at the hotel. I was charged parking for each room. My 91 year old mother shared a room with me and we were unable to shower late night due to the nob on the shower was so tight we could not turn it on. When asked what was wrong I was told that someone twisted it to tight. The food serve for our breakfast orders was awful. The wait time was unacceptable, cold food, not a look that was inviting. We didn't eat. My overall first time visit at this property was poor!!

Perfect location, close to everything. Bed is very comfortable and has a very nice view.

Room service hours are terrible. Coffee and creamers are only available in the mornings. It is a little pricey.

Hilton Garden, usually great hotels. This one was not.

I paid ahead of time for 2 rooms and when we arrived, tired at 10:00 p.m., we were told we only had one room. The customer service person was not helpful and was very rude. We were so tired we didn't think that one of the rooms may have been under my Aunt's name even though the entire reservation was made by me and paid by me. The customer service person didn't even ask or suggest that it may have been under another name. My sister and I had to go to a Red Roof Inn down the road. That customer service person was wonderful. Another Hilton Garden Inn customer service rep called me and asked when we were checking in. That's when I found out that the other room was in my Aunt's name. I don't know if I will be refunded or not. Since I made reservations for the return trip I had to honor it or pay. When we arrived at 5 p.m. they had no rooms clean and so we, along with many other guests, had to wait for a clean room when check in was at 3. Awful experience.

Our comforter had blood stain on it and when we requested a replacement we were given a blanket that didn’t fit the bed. We were charged $9,99 to park on the property.

Property seemed outdated and dirty for the price

The bathroom shower nozzle was spraying out.misfunctional, the water from the shower leads down to the toilet, making it very uncomfortable

I love the park across the street. The Flint is in walking distance. Family was close by as well

The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly. They said "hi" as you approached, and went the extra step ask if you needed help, breakfast, or any way they might be of service.

Not cleaning the room daily is my most disliked and awful. Especially at this room rate. Daily cleaning should be standard. COVID is over!!! Additionally for the room rate the overall proper does not provide value. The breakfast staff was friendly and customer service oriented, however the Front Desk staff that checked me in, checked me out, and in other interactions WAS NOT. Parking was limited and then you charged for it. Finally I received my hotel receipt and there appear to be errors and it did not list room rate, taxes and fees. Just an overall
