The front staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast options was nice Location was great

The rooms could be cleaner. Signs of Bed bugs was found in our first room so we was able to change rooms. So be sure to always check your rooms no matter where you stay before before bringing your belongs in. My wife is a clean freak so she always checks for cleanness before we bring anything in. She also comes prepared with her own cleaning supplies to spray and wipe down everything. So overall it was ok for the price. Just don’t expect a fancy hotel but since we was only in town for a few hours to sleep and shower it worked for us.

I liked the fact it was close to everything and made it convenient.

I didn’t like the fact that on our night arriving, I was told we were getting an upstairs room; I expressed that I had 2 small children and was worried about traveling up the stairs with them and such and we were told they didn’t have any downstairs rooms available and to check back the next day and they may have one;upon doing so I was told they don’t allow room swaps unless something was wrong with the room but confirmed they had one available, just wouldn’t let me swap….Also the way the photos were taken of the double rooms, I thought the room would have been bigger but it was not so I was disappointed in that as well. We even contemplated taking a loss on our money and getting a hotel elsewhere because of how much of an inconvenience it was for us.

Bed was lumpy, bathtub and shower curtain were dirty. Cable on the TV kept going out.

The bed was comfortable. The hardwood floors were nice and so much better than carpet which can hold a lot of unseen dirt. The room smelled fresh. The location is very good.

The metal lamps have rust on them. The pillows are unusually small. The hardwood floors look nice and looked clean but we walked around in white socks and the bottom of our socks picked up a lot of dirt from the floor. The room needs a deep cleaning. It's time to replace the lamps and update everything.

We were able to get a late check out time.

Paint chipped off walls. Dirty floors. Noise from ppl above.

Everything was great!! The bed was sooooo comfortable

The tub could have been a little cleaner (looked like jacuzzi jets were dirty) but we didn't use them

The toilet was loose and bed was uncomfortable but they moved me to another room the lady at front desk was very nice

Door to room was scrubbing when opening and closing and was making the door a little harder to open and close.
