I ended up leaving my two rings (gold and silver) here by mistake & was calling numerous of times. I couldn’t get no one on the line so improvement when it comes to answering phones.

My room was unacceptable and had to B be moved. The refrigerator was busted open on the of the room and we are switched to a different. Subsequently I must have left my keys in the desk in the room, because I couldn’t find it in the new room. I want back and they were gone. Someone with access has to grab them because we’d just left the room. We asked everyone that worked there had they picked them up? Everyone denied seeing them. One lady offered to help look. They should have been right, on the desk, because that was the only place I was when I immediately walked in. Then we changed rooms. We search back and forth each room , my best friend and, I. Several times. We kept up a fuss about it, then all of sudden the guy we asked, who has gone in my room is standing with the desk clerk and the manager, who tried to help us, we stand at the elevator to meet us. He so they holding the keys up, in his hands, to me. Where did they come,all of a sudden? I hate to say or think it, but I knew he had them all along. He said he found them in the original all the way behind the desk in the floor. No way. Itwasn’t over there. I didnt moved from my spot. If the keys fell I would’ve been heard. Plus, we went and looked at least five times, because we had a graduation to go to. But now the key appear. Thankfully, but I was angry! If they were another hotel available in the city, I would have gone. I felt I was being set up to have my car taken. When we returned from the graduation and dinner. The Hallway in our floor, looked like bomb had gone off. Cleaning carts, trash, debris, cables and wires, we’re all over the place. This was around five. Then we get in the room and here comes staff coming in our room. At 5:30? Why? To clean? It was the strangest and worse experience in a hotel, ever! The clerk was nice. The manger was supposed to give something off of my stay! Didn’t happen. Not sure of it will! I should’ve had at least one night free. We’ll never do courtyard again!

Era una habitación comoda y calientita y lo mejor fue que tenia un centro de carga para autos eléctricos, eso salvó mi viaje!

El baño tenia un poco levantado el tapiz y el check in fue muy lento porque la persona de mostrador estaba al teléfono y luego no sabía decirnos si habia desayuno o no 👎🏼
