The beds were too noisy, they were in bad condition and the toilet was very loose. Really very disappointed

Always a great stay at Hampton! No I've available in 2 different ice machines. Not good on 100+ degree weather!

The good was that the beds were super comfy, hotel was quiet and we slept great. The disappointment was that the pool was out of order, ice machine broken, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken, the shower water pressure was so low I couldn’t wash my hair and the fitness center was a so hot it felt like a hot yoga classroom. Would not stay here again, but glad the beds were super comfy!

Very average hotel. Room dark and outdated. Air conditioning too loud, was a problem for sleeping comfortably.

The ladies are front desk were very nice! The carpet and furniture in the room was so dirty and stained. It was bad! Hotel was sold out and we were in a room next to an unhappy baby all night so they could not move us.

While checking in, I pre paid my stay with Expedia. The front desk agent didnt want to confirm with expedia that my payment had already been pre paid, got frustrated and then just re charged me again for the night. She also over charged me. She knew I was pre paid, spoke to an agent at Expedia, the agent provided her with a phone number to verify payment, but instead she said "im not calling them" and then asked me to run my card for "incidentals". Instead she just recharged me at a higher rate. I cant be the first person to use Expedia at a Hampton Inn. Come on. Train your employees better. Plus the pet room was super dirty and stinky. I didnt even dare walking around without shoes on as the carpety was stained black.

No air conditioner no refrigerator no TV

Starting our weekend off with no water for nearly 9 hours. Two of our rooms were checked into after the water was off; but we were not informed by Hampton staff. When we asked about it, we were told that it should be a quick fix and should be back on within an hour. We went to dinner and returned to find the water still off. We went to the store to buy water and returned to find it still off. It did not get turned on until 2:30 am In two of our rooms, we used the hide-a-bed couch. Unfortunately , we did not have linens for the bed. We had to talk to the desk multiple times to get any sheet or pillowcases. It felt like we were a huge inconvenience to the staff. Hottub was absolutely disgusting. It was very cloudy and had lots of stuff floating around on top. There was no way we wanted to get into that; even if the water wasn’t shut off. The following morning the entire pool area was closed and remained closed for the remainder of the weekend. The ice machine on our floor was not working (yes this was after the water was restored). When we returned to our rooms Saturday afternoon our keys would not work. We had to go all the way back down to the lobby and have all three rooms key cards reset. No explanation or apology. Our rooms were not attended to at all. None of the rooms had been cleaned or freshened up while we were out on Saturday. We are sorely disappointed in the service at this location. We feel that compensation should be given to us.

Older hotel but it was clean and comfortable. Located centrally to about everything you’d do in SLC

Decent for the price.

We always enjoy our stay here. We usually stay here during concerts and it is an easy on and off freeway location. The staff are very friendly and they have the best customer service.

The nigh manager was unimpressed by having to rent a room to a late arrival.

We had a good stay here, clean comfortable room but shower had no power, little more than a trickle. No gluten free bread available at breakfast.

What's unique about the property here at this Hampton Inn it's clean. The employee's do a great job making the property unique. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Bed and pillows extremely "worn". So loud couldn't sleep. Between doors slamming at1am, the train going past a few times horn blaring and the laundry or something sounding like a jack hammer and metal grinding i was unable to sleep

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The buildings around it made the area look scetchy

The front desk was very nice and friendly.

Nothing exceptional. Have stayed in nicer motels for less money. Have some nit picky things to say. The toilet seat would not stay up when lifted. Room smelled a little musty. No microwave in room. One electrical outlet didn’t work. For breakfast, the orange juice and coffee creamer came out gooey and thick.

Old, damage carpet on the room . Bad experience
