I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay when you're in Portland and need a cheaper place out of the way to stay. That being said, it does feel sketchy even though you don't really feel unsafe. I also had a problem that 2 days they didn't do any kind of room service, and I really just got a towel thrown on the side table. I would definitely stay here again, and probably just request stuff ahead of time.

Clean and comfortable! Had a late flight into Portland so only stayed for one night. The pool suited the kids fine, room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was good!

This is a very nice hotel, the breakfast is excellent, rooms were clean. Hotel staff was helpful, we acually added nights cause place was so pleasant. Very easy access to 5 n Vancouver or 5 south Oregon 5 minutes from each.

The staff was awesome! Very easy to talk to and accommodating. My son and I were swimming and the manager brought in beach balls for us to play with. I know it may not sound like much, but I'm so my years of travel and hotel stays, not once did staff observe and go out their way to enhance the experience.

Great breakfast and the room had a great set up with automatic blackout curtains, 2 sinks in separate areas for easy morning routines, comfy king size bed and a full couch with a coffee table. Area and hotel were quiet despite it being a busy holiday weekend. Hot tub was good and hot!

Traveling with my family is always a bit stressful and we had lots of items in our SUV that we did not want to leave in our car due to traveling to downtown Portland. I went to the hotel an hour before you could check in to see if we could throw our stuff in a closet somewhere until it was time to check in. The nice lady that checked us in said no way, I have a room ready for you. You may check in now. To say that this woman destressed our trip is an understatement. I appreciate her can do attitude and understanding our safety concerns. Pool was great and room was clean. Only thing I would change is I was told I can't have my IHG points because I booked through a third party. I purposefully look for IHG hotels. Several other hotels were in better locations for our needs but I went with this hotel for the points.

There was a dead bug on the sofa, the valve leaks in the shower so there was terrible water pressure, and the power went out in the hotel and was off for 4 hours before it was turned back on.

Check in and check out was easy and the staff very pleasant, the room was big , beds comfortable, and had a quiet stay, didnt notice noise from other rooms or hallway, the breakfast had a nuce selection of options. I felt safe in the area and the hotel is in a convient location. ( i marked middle on eco friendly just because i dont know what eco friendly is )

Nice smaller hotel, which was near the Portland Airport, but in a less busy area. It offered a good breakfast in the morning, plus comfortable beds and pillows. Hot tub was a nice option after a long day of being on our feet.

The hotel was under rennovation, but tried to accommodate guests with minimum inteference. I requested a room change on personal whim, and was happily given one. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices were provided. My room was more than adequate and looked recently remodeled. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. Recently renovated and really nice clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. So much to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to getting on the I5 to either Seattle or Portland. Will be staying there again.

We usually try and stay at a Holiday Inn because we know what to expect; comfy beds and a good breakfast. The night check in staff was fantastic, the morning staff acted like our concern was a bother and our problem as never resolved, which was minor so we never followed up. Overall the hotel was what we expect and we will continue to stay in Holiday Inns.
