The toilet is weird and way too loud -- and the shower had scary stains. The bed was also too high, hard to get up on.

This is a good property. The hotels dot com listing says it is 3.8 miles from the airport but it is actually over 6 miles. There is no airport shuttle.

Staff was great! They were so friendly and welcoming. They really made me feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows felt nice. Only cons were one of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut all the way and in one of the bathrooms, the shower knob came off

Front staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. The only complaint we had was one of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut completely so we had to put something in front of it and the fireplace was unusable.

The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment I got there until I checked out they helped us with anything we needed. The place was clean and peaceful. This location was close to a lot of things to do and places to eat.

It was absolutely extraordinary. Wanda was incredible the kids loved her. They went above and beyond. We visited from Ohio and are very picky about hotels. So glad we chose this one.

The Hyatt was roomy, quiet, & convenient. The room was mostly clean, but the bed linens were not. We found hair & dirt in the bed before we even slept init.

We’ve used this hotel multiple times between moves and it has always been great. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed our stay except you do not have ice machines and the refrigerator ice makers do not work. You may want to indicate that on your website. The night I arrived, the front desk gave me ice from the kitchen but could not gurantee that every night so I bought a bag of ice. He did give me a free water. WHen checking out, I gave the feedback to the GM. She apologized and said I could have had ice every night. She did offer me free snacks which wasn't necessary. I just wanted to give feedback for future guests.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind!! We noticed that immediately and appreciated it. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that it is a reasonable walk to the Metro rail (about a mile?) and a short drive to the Reston Town Center area of restaurants etc. Thank you for the wonderful place to call 'home' for four days!

Management was horrible!!! No communication!! Very difficult to get new towels, trash changed. Phone did not work in room. Still jot fixed after reporting to desk. Do not stay there!!

Flew into Dulles and the hotel was about 15 minutes away. We went to Shenadoah National Park which was about 1.25 from the hotel. Clean and wifi was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Herndon.
We arrived late at night but were greeted by Dwayne at reception with a welcome smile and lots of information.
The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Air conditioning/ heat worked very well.The staff who cleaned the room did a really good job and replenished anything we needed.
Breakfast was a great choice which changed every day, so it was good for longer stays. Everything was nicely prepared and the staff worked hard to keep everything available and make sure everywhere was clean.
The hotel seemed to be well maintained and was quiet at night, so we slept well.
On site laundry was a bonus as it saves going out to find one.
Every member of staff we met was polite and helpful, especially Dwayne.
Top marks to Wanda, the manager, who came to greet her guests personally and made sure everything was going well. She also helped out in the breakfast area, which could get really busy. She helped guests with whatever they needed and even made someone their waffles. We thought she was great!
All in all, our stay at Hyatt House was made even better by the people who work there. Thank you to everyone we met.

Hotel clean and every member of staff from front desk, bar, maintenance and housekeeping all very friendly and accommodating. Smoke alarm started chirping in our room and it was late so no maintenance but within 20 minutes we were in another room.

The hotel is well set up for short-term as well as long-term stays. My wife and I lived there for over a month after we had sold our house and found all the amenities we needed. The staff was very helpful and nice, making us feel welcome every time we entered or exited the building. Any wishes we had were promptly attended to. Breakfast was the highlight of he day, with a large choice of dishes that changed from day to day. We have already made a booking with the hotel for our next stay.

This is my second time staying here because I like the two bedroom and kitchen option. It’s nice that breakfast is included and there is a gym, which was my deciding factor instead of booking elsewhere.

Hyatt House is typically my go to hotel. We were very unpleasantly surprised when we got to the room and saw we were put in a room that was not the room we reserved. You could tell someone must have lived in this room awhile as it was very dirty. The kitchen had broken cabinets and they had trash shoved under them, the walls had something that looked like poop all over it and the bathroom tub leaked the entire stay which was more then annoying. The next morning we went to the free breakfast and while I was in there making a waffle an employee came out turned off all the lights and locked me in the food area. She did not let me continue to get the food i was getting and instead asked me to leave and then invited all of the housekeeping staff in so they could eat. This was a waste of money and a terrible stay. NEVER again would I stay here

Great stay. They have maximized their space in the breakfast area to include a bar and a shelf of children’s games and a business area. The only downside at breakfast was there was no syrup except for sugar-free.

Bartender was lovely, desk staff was helpful but not on the same page with each other. Area is very quiet and seems safe, very close to public transit. Room was clean and comfortable
