The area was very nice; I felt like I was in a good part of town. I appreciate that breakfast is included. The hot water for a shower is EXCELLENT and MUCH APPRECIATED!!! The room was clean and provided plenty of towels and had tissues!

They allowed me to check in 2hrs early so that’s a definite plus. Also the room was nice. The bathroom was the only issue.

When taking a shower it took about 4min for the water to get warm. I took the shower and as I was getting out the water actually got hot. The time frame is about 10min from turning on the shower to actual hot water. Also, the bathroom was very small. When you swing the door open, the door is almost hitting the toilet

The staff was amazing, truly great people. The value matched up with what I expected with how cheap the room was for the area it was in. When there were issues, the people working there jumped on it to fix whatever it was.

There were a lot of issues with the keys, we had to go back to get them fixed probably 8 or 9 times (if not more) in the few days we were there. There was glass all over the fitness room (and the facilities were minimal---understandably, it's a Comfort Inn---and then one of the machines was out of order. I have a vision issue, so I didn't see the glass until it cut me while I was stretching. There were issues with the cleanliness too, our shower was kind of rusty, somehow. And then we had to get fresh towels since one of ours had hairs in it.

Convenient location in Herndon. Low cost if that is very important for you.

Hotel is not in the same condition as other local Comfort Inns in Northern Virginia. Lobby and rooms need updating to compare with other Choice hotels in the area.
