the exterior was bad upon arrival, the hotel seemed sketchy. I paid for my room and went to my company dinner. I drove 2.5 hrs away to stay for a few days because we were to be in office at my job. After I met my boss for dinner, I went to the hotel to actually go into my room and definitely someone was staying in the room. The light was on, the bed wasn’t made, there was food in the fridge and towels all over the bathroom. It looked as if someone left the room to get ice n was coming back. I immediately left the room and went to the front desk who advised no one should be on the room n I would of had to wait for another room to be available. I was so tired and irate I just asked for my $ back n drove the 2.5 hrs back home.

The 2 rooms I got for my family were very dirty bathrooms floors and we didn't even get clean sheets it was disgusting and the worst part was that management didn't do anything about it she just said "sorry "

The room was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable enough

I have never stayed at such a LOUD hotel. The walls are paper thin to the outside, and the environment is like being at a beach hotel in ocean city....people up at ALL hours of the night. The first night, people partied in the courtyard until well past 5 am despite two calls to the front desk. They did switch my room to the front of the building for my second night and that seemed like it was going to be great, but three am comes along and some dude is banging on my door multiple times (wrong room), the upstairs neighbors sound like there is 5 people up on the balcony, banging things around like it's an afternoon barbeque. I will NEVER stay at this location again, it was the worst experience and the staff does nothing to control noise. I've stayed at plenty of great extended stays, but the one in Reston is not a place I'd recommend for anyone who would like to sleep at all. The rooms are acceptable but the environment, guests, and noise makes this location a complete waste of money.

The price and location.

The breakfast was very minimal, a cookie or two. There were two pillows in the room. I asked for two more and was told they had no more. The room came with a little stove, but not a single pot or pan to use on that stove.

Location, nearby target, and downtown reston

Personnel, facilities, cleanness, sketchy guests, verbally abusive personnel. Tried to scam us upon arrival. Smelly rooms. Breakfast sometimes nonexistent. You may have a kitchen but no glasses or dishes or whatever are provided... if you ask for them they will not be given.

Closeby reston downtown, target and some fast food restaurants.

Breakfast: just a coffee and a snack bar... if lucky. Sometimes just coffee. Sometimes nothing at all. The others guests are sketchy at best, better lock your door. Tried to scam us upon arrival, the very first night when we asked for another rooms because ours were cigarette smelly... tried to reimburse us half of what we paid and asked us to leave. The personnel is verbally abusive, upon arrival insisted we leave the premises upon reimbursing us just 50% because "you are the kind of foreign tourists that like elevators and nice things"... we are from Argentina, a 3rd world country. It was at night. Bear in mind my 84yr old mother was travelling with us. We managed to stay. One night, around 20hs went to the lobby and asked for plates, forks, knives spoons, glasses... "my shift is ending, I´m tired, get back tomorrow morning". The personnel engilsh is extremely difficult to understand.

Location is good. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Had to wait 15 minutes before the front desk person showed up. I feel like there should be two people to work the front desk. The best was not very comfortable for me.
