Lovely clean and comfortable room, ideal for staying over for xmas party. Free breakfast was added bonus, very nice

Slightly overpriced compared to others in town. Disappointed that parking was not free to guests.

A pleasant stay. Good service when checking in.

Easy access to where we needed to be. Parking was extra but understandable due to proximity of football stadium, hotel gives you a discount code so not too expensive. Room has all amenities you need. The room was a little cold due to poor seal around window but the curtains helped. Breakfast was great, much better than another hotel chain beginning with T! The orange juice actually tasted of orange! We ate out on first night as there a couple of restaurants nearby but we ate in the hotel 2nd night, both had pizzas which were tasty & hot. They were a little slow on the bar due to new staff but they were cheerful and helpful. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The one slight negative was the noise from the heating/air conditioner in the room. And £5 a day for parking is a bit expensive.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean and well presented. Personally my husband and I didn't like the pillows, they were too hard, even with flipping over, we ended up not using them at all. No reflection on the hotel but it was also very noisy till about 12.30 am, someone was in and out in the neighbouring room and kept letting the door slam shut.

Really easy to check in and park. Clean and tidy room. Breakfast was brilliant! Great taxi connection!
