This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I booked through hotels.com, and because we were going to be getting in around 1:00 a.m., I tried to call the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. This is my standard procedure, never had a problem before, and the hotel normally appreciates the heads up. I tried to call the number provided by hotels.com and Google, but no one answered. I tried 10 times in an hour, waiting about 5 to 7 minutes between each call. No one answered a single time between 9:27 pm and 10:25 pm. I reached out via messaging, and no answer. I was concerned I was going to be showing up with two small children and nowhere to stay, since the front desk obviously wasn't manned. I contacted hotels.com: they tried calling six times and were unable to reach anyone. When I finally got transferred to a supervisor at hotels.com, they were finally able to reach the hotel and confirm because someone new came on shift. After all that frustration, when we got to the hotel, our room was dirty. There were food crumbs on the floor and all along the baseboards, and there were cigarette ashes in between the bed sheets. When I asked the front desk for a different room, they would not swap me because I had booked through a third party. When she called the general manager, the GM shouted at her through the phone multiple times. Her solution was that they could cancel my reservation or I could take the dirty room. So in the end we had no room at 1:30 am. Terrible!

The staff at check-in was great, very helpful and friendly

Our room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. The pool had clumps of hair floating around in it and the hot tub was crumbling and cold.

The staff was excellent. We were able to have dinner and breakfat. After a 16 hour drive we appre that and their friendly staff. Thanks so much. Debbie and family.

It was a horrible experience staying here. The elevator had no air and was hot and smelly. The pool was disgusting - absolutely horrendous and I’m shocked they haven’t been shut down. No chlorine, hair and dirt, no jets to move water - and the floors/walls disgusting. Our room key broke every day… we had to go down multiple times to get it reset. Horrible! The chairs in the room were covered in dirt and grime. The photos look nice. The lobby is clean. But the small things that show the true cleanliness of a hotel were horrible. Will never ever stay here with my family again.

Loved the out door patio & how convenient it was to hospital

We liked everything about it except the AC in the living room area wasn't working the greatest. But overall it was great. We would stay here again.

Did not appreciate the hidden pet fee of $75 for a pet friendly hotel. Lock on door does not function properly, doesn't lock each time.

Kitchen was not clean. Pool was horrible. Entire room was dogish. The hotel does not properly clean after dogs have stayed in the rooms. They just make up beds and straighten up. There’s no cleaning the carpet tubs. Beds. Etc.

This was a great hotel for a family! Pool wasn't the cleanest, but it was satisfactory. There were always dry towels available. Room was great. The kitchenette was so handy and everything seemed pretty clean. Breakfast was one of the best I've seen at a hotel in our price range.

I love everything about this hotel. My children and I fit very comfortably in the room.

I love no matter what state you are in, you can expect a good staybridge quality. Lets pay more attention to the touch up maintenance items. Light bulbs, tv remote has working batteries, chipped paint, etc. Those small touch ups make a big difference.

This time we stayed was so dirty. The room had not been cleaned well. There was no toilet paper or kleenex. Poop stains in the toilet, popcorn on the floor, sunflower seeds in the pull out bed. Room smelled like bleach- like all they did was spray a gallon of bleach. Floor was gross. Would not recommend. This was June, 2024. Pool was green and not operating.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the upkeep on the property was lacking. There were many areas I felt needed more appropriate maintenance than what was being done.

The check in went great even though we arrived early. Staff is very kind.

Room was amazing and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, and food was excellent. However the pool needs major maintenance. There were pieces of paint chips everywhere, hair and dirt all around the pool, and the hot tub didn't work and was loaded with cracked paint.

Never stayed at a Staybridge before. Loved the room. Will look for Staybridge options first when traveling in the future. Everything about it was great.
