We had a wonderful stay at the Courtleigh Hotel in Kingston Jamaica. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere; making you feel right at home. The staff were friendly and professional and attended to any needs or requests promptly and efficiently. All areas of the hotel were clean and well kept. We experienced and appreciated daily housekeeping of our room which was always done well. We must give a shout out the chefs. The meals were delicious and well prepared. The morning breakfasts had a great variety which will satisfy every palate. Given the opportunity, we would defiantly return to the Courtleigh on our next visit to Kingston. We have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

The staff were excellent, the food was good, didn’t care much for the house keeper she was not pleasant.
Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet didn’t get fixed until after several complaints

I like that the hotel was environmentally conscious. The decor gives a boutique feel, but some things could use an upgrade. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It was quiet, quaint, convenient and staff was very friendly.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location and overlook the lovely emancipation park, great Interior design both in room and reception area ,the staff was very professional. Excellent stay!

Much smaller than the hotels I typically stay at, but it still had all the essentials and a warm, homey, Caribbean vibe.
The staff was friendly, the room was nice, everywhere was neat and clean, there was an amazing fragrance throughout the hotel and the location was central.
I took off a star because although a breakfast buffet was included, it was 99% American food. Local dishes had to be purchased.

Just the AC wasn’t cooling. But the maintenance was called and issue rectified

It's a clean environment, however I had a issue with the low water pressure and the labeling on the shower pipe was in the wrong place . The hot water was where it is saying cold and the cold wateris where it is saying hot, away from that I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you.

I was upgraded was suite. We usually stay in a regular room but because of the upgrade we are planning to stay in a suite on our next stay.
There’s a large bedroom with king size bed. Full kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Two televisions one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.
The breakfast was included and had good choices.

This property is in a great area. the staff was so friendly and we were greated with a nice refreshing beverage. The bed was amazing and the breakfast was all that we hoped for in a hotel.

The Courtleigh is a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great.

There were too man issues at this hotel to list.
The interior of the building needs to be updated.
I experience prejudice behavior from kitchen staff.
One housekeeper did little to nothing in my suite.
The front desk manager came across rude, unsympathetic, and unpleasant to my issues.
I would not use the Courtleigh hotel again.
The best service experience was from the butler Lascelles and Housekeeper Shaneil.

This property was comfotable for the fews days we were there. Rooms were very small and not convenient for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to get another room, so we had 2 rooms for 4 people. It was comfotable after acquiring both room.
