La Fachada da la impresión de ser un buen hotel
El baño es muy viejo y no tenía cortina de ducha.
Salía muy poca agua por la regadera.
El recubrimiento de las paredes del baño tiene muchos hongos (moh).
El cuarto era muy pequeño y no tiene closet para la ropa ni taburete para poner.maletas.
Los colchones almohadas y sábanas muy desgastados
Nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado y tuvimos que exigir el cambio de habitación.
No tenían toallas disponibles argumentaron que 'se estaban secando.
En la madrugada había mucho ruido en los pasillos y cuartos cercanos.

El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es buena
No había toalla ni jabón en el baño. Solo pusieron una sábana en la cama, la cual está super incómoda y el control de la tele nunca funcionó. Se entiende lo viejo de las instalaciones pero neta si es muy caro para lo que ofrece

The only plus i can give is for the receptionist who helped me print some stuff and gave me a blanket to make the extremely uncomfortable mattress less uncomfortable.
The room is dirty and has stains all over the walls. The bathroom stinks. There is no sound proofing at all. So you hear everything that's going on, even other guests snoring.
But the absolutely worst part was the bed!! The springs pop out all over. It would be more comfortable sleeping on the floor, but the floor isn't clean so that's not even an option.
I asked for a blanket to put on top. I folded it 4 times and still it was horrible.

I prepaid for the accommodation via booking.com and they made me pay again, saying they couldn’t find the booking payment. I even brought a printed receipt and they wouldn’t accept it.

Location near the market and about 2km walk from the seaside
Bathroom was a little dirty. Bed could be better. There was an opening somewhere that allowed mosquitoes to come in.

The location is excellent, it is right next to the Maya museum and the markets, and about a 15 min walk to the pier.
The room itself was very small, luckily we only had carry on luggage or else I don’t think full sized luggage would fit. the floors were dirty and the bathroom floor was perpetually wet. there was no toilet paper or towels in the room, so we went and bought some, along with sandals to wear in the room. we found out afterwards you can ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper.

this was my second time staying here. the location is perfect, right in the centre near all the restaurants etc. a short walk to the ferry terminal to Belize.
the rooms are simple but the bed is clean and comfortable and the ac works well. there is hot water, just be patient when you turn it on. there is a small window into the corridor, it has a blind but does not block the light…..I used black bin bags as I like a dark room.
bathroom is stained but not dirty.

the location is superb. walking distance to good restaurants, supermarkets and the ferry terminal. the room had nice clean bedding and comfortable pillows. staff were friendly and they have a small fridge for your morning emergency cokes. overall good value.
tepid water for the shower and the bathroom was stained so much so it looked dirty. if the other occupants are noisy it can be heard down the hallways.

Ok place to stay for a night or two if you are looking for a place to stay. Wifi was good, and the aircon was good.

The room had an aircon and a table with a mirror. There's a nice cafe next door and everywhere else is within walking distance.
Wifi could have been better, the place is quite noisy, you can hear people talking outside your door. Shower and toilet together in a tiny space which means that the water is going everywhere. The room was small

Horrible place...room full of mold. Nasty bathroom. We left immediately and went to another hotel ( Tryp ) !
Mold covered the room. Bathroom was horrible. Immediately left!
