The stay was fine. The only thing was the heat didn't work to well. The room was freezing when we entered. The water did not get that hot either.

Room 400 was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Window shade was excellent blocking sunlight. Full size fridge, sink and microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and toilet was low. Shower was hot with good pressure and Dove products.

I was supposed to be there for two nights but only stayed the one. The first night I got there was on 8-27-24 everything was fine. The man that checked me in was very nice and kind to me. I get up the next morning around 7am and I turn on the lights I just happen to look on the wall above the fire detector and seen a cockroach on the wall. I took a picture of it and went down to the front desk to let them know and the young girl behind the desk was kinda rude and was saying it looked like a water bug. She said she could move me but I was like no I’m checking out today if there was one in my room who’s to say there’s not any in the other ones. I have never had this kind of problem before but I’m sure not going to ever go back there again.

This was my second visit to the area in two weeks due to a cancelled and subsequently rescheduled event. This hotel had everything I needed, the staff were kind, it was SO clean and if I have to visit the area again I'll definitely stay there!

Very comfortable bed with superior black out blinds. We didnt wake up until 9am because we thought it was 6am outside. Also walkable to a Starbucks and a great Barbecue Restaurant

It was convenient to several eateries in the area. Easy access to the Interstate. Safe was very nice. One of the beds was wet the first night we checked in. The did change the sheets the next day and everything was fine after that.

The toilet flooded and we were not given an option to switch rooms. We were only given towels to absorb The water that had overflowed. I called to ask if there was anyone that was going to come clean it properly or if we needed to come get something. I was met with a bad attitude and told she was alone. I understand and feel bad she is alone but I wasn’t rude and didn’t deserve an attitude. I was staying with friends, not family, and I’m asking because of cleanliness. I went downstairs and asked the lady for sanitary products to clean the floors. I scrubbed the floors myself because the lady at the front desk was the only one at the hotel scheduled. We left the bags of toilet water towels outside the door and it sat there until the remainder of our stay👎 (lady didn’t have an attitude once downstairs, I appreciate her trying to help.)

The room appeared to be very clean, incl the bathroom. They have all the cleansing items in large bottles so there isn't any waste. The scent is too strong IMO. The window shades completely block out the light from outside, which is nice.
Right off a very busy street as the main street is very close to Concord Mill mall and lots of other shopping. The raceway is also close enough that you may hear it when races are happening.
Had some issues with the outlets for charging our cellphones. They needed repair.
Staff is super nice and check in and out was quick and easy.
Jim N Nick's BBQ is within waking distance. It smelled better than it tasted IMO, but they get excellent reviews.
The breakfast at the hotel isn't the greatest. Lots to choose from, but just so-so. On the second morning we went to a great place called Breakfastime, which is excellent and very affordable.
All in all a good place to stay for the price.

The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly! This was a really nice hotel- clean and comfy. The cinnamon rolls for breakfast were AMAZING! It was close to the mall and places to eat. The only complaint was some noise in the hallways between 10-11 but otherwise a GREAT stay!
