Incredible hotel! Room with a large terrace, nice cafe and pool. Just off the beaten track but close to everything! Highly, highly recomended!

La Residenza Capri is a magical beautiful hotel. Five star all the way. From the staff who will do anything to make you feel at home to the amazing breakfast. We will return for 200 percent!! We loved it!!!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Capri. It is well situated in the city. The staff is wonderful and the renovated room was very comfortable and clean. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for 2 night and regret that we didn’t stay for more! We knew that the prices for hotels in Capri were going to be high but La Residenza Capri was worth every euro. Fabio, Pepe and team were warm welcoming and took care of us. It was all the little details that the property & staff does to make it amazing. From the walk through of the room, fresh honeycomb at breakfast to the friendly smiles of all the staff. We absolutely loved our stay, and cannot wait to come back!

Very friendly staff. Bathrooms need to be updated and the comforter has stains on it. My daughters blanket went missing from the bed and was not found.

Hotel was in a great location around the corner from the designer stores. Quiet section of the Piazza, Augustus gardens 5 min walk. Pepe and Giuseppe were very helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Capri.

Amazing atmosphere close to center and the sweetest and most caring staff!! Had an amazing and memorable stay here and had a breathtaking balcony sea view from room. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

We only stayed one night but the service we experienced felt like we had been there a month. They were able to accomodate both an early check-in and a late check-out, even watching our bags and letting us explore the island after we had checked out. After we went swimming in the Blue Grotto, we were sticky from the salt water and they let us shower when we returned to pick up our bags. We stayed in a suite which was well worth the extra money for one night. Great location, great view, great room!

Oh my gosh. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly & always accommodating! Breakfast had a wide variety options from meat & cheeses to yogurt & cereal to fruit & pastries, they also had gluten free options! There is also a laundry service available if you need it, kind of pricey but its there and my clothes came back smelling fresh & neatly pressed and/or folded. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the main piazza, near the Via Krupp and streets full of shops, but also tucked off the road far enough so that you feel like you’re far away from the busy-ness. THE VIEW. UGH. It’s amazing from the tanning area, restaurant, and suites with views! When we arrived, we had been upgraded from a standard suite without a view to a deluxe suite with a view. The view brought me to tears. It looks East/southeast of the island over the waters past Marina Piccolo. Breathtaking honestly. The windows were equipped with automatic shades that blocked the sunlight (because sunrise starts at 5AM & is very bright). The pictures online don’t do the hotel justice as the bathroom and room were very nice, clean, and fairly up to date. Lots of outlets all around the room, which is a rarity in Europe. If you arrive by ferry, there will be someone waiting for you to get off of the ferry and will take your luggage to the hotel for you for a charge of 13€ - 100% worth it. If you’re staying in Capri, you have to stay at Hotel La Residenza. It’s just too perfect for the price.

Staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and were were welcimed even though we arrived early.

Great service. Nice lobby, surroundings and pool area. The rooms and the breakfast however, felt like they have stood still in time for the past 30 years, with time leaving its marks. It was probably 4 stars in the 70s, but now it’s equal to any nice 2+ star hotel outside of Italy.

The staff was super nice and my room was clean and a nice size. I loved my stay there.

I am Italian and I know that Italy is not the best place for service and modern infrastructure compared to other places in the world. The Hotel is very central clean and we actually slept like babies - room perfectly silent. In 4 days of our stay we could not get wifi working in our iPhones and MacBooks. I had to do some important work , and I had to go to a restaurant to do it.
