Room had a damp smell to it Air conditioner did not work Front desk attendant gave a stranger my room key ASSUMED it was a friend of mine

I want to say it was a great stay from the day before i arrived. The evening before i received a call from .. i may spell the name incorrectly. A call from cushy . She informed me that their was a double booking. That goodness she caught it and took the time to call. I want to call out Sayid and Austin sayid was running the desk in the am and was very helpful polite and genuinely cared about the Customer and hotel. Now Austin. Wow what a go getter. Im always out of my room doing something every time i seen him he was working on something. He's making the hotel a cleaner much more enjoyable place. The work you did in the courtyard Austin. Amazing. I usually book a hotel that has a court yard near the pool so i can take a swim go out to sit in the sun or simply get out of the room to work on my laptop.. Ill be booking more often in the summer and winter based on having such a nice area. Good job & congratulations on great customer service and showing that you love your job Ian Cox

Extremely dated and unkept. Room was not spotless, bathroom was so out dated hot tap in tub would turn it’s self off hard to maintain a hot shower or even a warm one. Frightening window as well in bathroom.

Room was in disrepair due to age with peeling wallpaper, worn carpets, overused furniture. I can accept that as it is a budget hotel. There was no soap or shampoo. Floor sticky. The tub appeared not to have been cleaned and the paint was peeling off it in chunks. The door only opened 3/4 of the way and hit the sink. There was no duvet on the bed, just a thin blanket. The bed was missing a pillow. Wi-fi did not work. Opened pullout bed to check for blanket, only to find the bed had been used and used sheets were still on it. I texted the line that welcomed us with the issues and was answered promptly that housekeeping would take care of it. An hour later, I texted asking for an update and was quickly replied that it was being dealt with. I went to front desk and was told that they don't get those messages. What? No pillows or blankets available, housekeeping not available, wi-fi issue known but no solution, but they had a couple bars of handsoap. Chilly night and found out it was Queen sheets on a King bed. Was told day manager might be able to discount the room but so far he has failed to call back after 2 days.

Old decor and in a run down area of town. Clean linens and towels but also had fruit flys in the bathroom sink every morning.

No soap at sink, box spring broken so your feet were higher than your head, only 3 pillows and when i asked for one more, there was none. Bed wasn’t made, towels not provided. Had to move and climb over furniture to adjust the temperature control. Electrical outlet was loose with wires showing. No towel racks or pictures. They had been removed. The room was stained and old. Big stains on carpet outside of room. The only chair in the room had burn holes. When I asked for compensation I was told that wasn’t an option. The handicap door opener didn’t work. The manager was not available to speak to. I left my information to be contacted but never heard from that person. So this was the worst stay and experience.

Sink in room needs maintenance.

Hotel is very dated and not clean . Strange people in lobby and outside . No shampoo. Will not recommend

A good place to rest your head while traveling

This hotel is dated. Room and bathroom floor sticky, kept shoes on. Bed was stiff and old. Thin bed cover. Smelled old and musty. For $178 not worth it at all.

We didn't even end up staying. We walked into our room and found bugs in the bed and a wet, dirty wash cloth in the shower. We immediately left.

The desk person was to busy on the the phone to look after customers He said you have to wait.When we got our room we were told it had two queen beds in fact it had two double beds.The bath room wall paper was pealing off the wall the bath tub looked like it had mold around the wall and tub.This was over priced for what you recived .WE stayed at Hotels across Ontario on this trip and this was one of the worst conserding it is a Wyndham hotel it was very disapointing We wont be staying there again.

Basically, an old, run-down property. It should be torn down and replaced with a new, modern facility. From no internet service in our room, to not enough electrical outlets; no hand soap in the bathroom, no drain plug (I had hoped to take a bath); inconvenient room layout. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Dirty stinky run down facility. No WiFi. TV was blurry. Bathroom was dirty mold rust. Couldn't change the setting on the A/C unit. Good continental breakfast. Bathroom sink was clogged. Staff at checkout wasn't properly trained and couldn't refund our deposit. Been 12 hours and we haven't given us that back yet.

Absolutely DISGUSTING place, very overwhelming scent of pee in the halls, and in the rooms. The curtains do not cover the windows so you are are full view of the public and can not block street lights. (washroom windows habe no blocking either, you shower in full view of street. I didnt use the shower because it looks liek it hasnt been cleaned in 10 years... this dunp is what i imagine a rent by the hour motel looks like amd smells like inside.... Absolutely horrible. They scam you too charged us 310 for a single night in that piss soaked dumb

Was good

The room was generally good (comfortable bed, nice linens) , but very poor wifi and TV reception. Shower had very poor water pressure. The room was close to reception and lobby, therefore was noisy early in the morning at 5:30pm.

Very unkept dated hotel, room smelt awful and bathroom dirty and moldy in the bath/shower, everything is falling apart in this place

Quick one night stay- all was good! Only complaint that I could have brought up was if you have a desk in the room a chair would be handy.

Check-in was fine, but that's where it ended. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. (1) They keep the ice machine locked. When you want ice, you have to find someone to unlock the machine, then they hand you a quart size baggie of ice. The pool area has no furniture to sit on, so when you're done swimming you can either go right back to your room or sit on the concrete pool deck. (2) My mattress had a valley the size of the Grand Canyon. Very uncomfortable. (3) The shower rod was bent so the curtain would slide to the middle of the bar when showering and a lot of water would end up on the floor. (4) Wi-Fi was non-existent in the rooms. You had to go to the lobby which was always crowded with people, mainly kids, trying to get on. (4) Peeling wall paper.

Pet friendly and room was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Good stay with friendly staff, very clean and welcoming.

I've stayed in a fe travleodge. This was a bit u der average. All Ok but sink was clogged, bathtub seems could use a repair/refresh on the seals. Easy spot and repair for someone looking after the maintenance. Coffe machine could use a deep clean too. Other than that room looks ok, Nice to see the those shampooing bottles/dispensers, also very clean towels and bedding. Just spent 6 h there and there was no option for a coffe or piece of fruit for early departure travllers_ could have been a nice unexpensive token your clients appreciate a lot.

Wifi would not connect

Had a long trip was looking forward to a good sleep, but at 1 am people walked into my room!! Scared the crap out of me, apparently the front desk forgot this room was booked?! Couldn’t get back to sleep for another 2hrs!! Only reason why it’s not getting a good review. Because it was booked through Expedia they couldn’t refund me.

The room we were given was not what was booked. The air conditioner ran but sounded like a freight train so was not really useable.

Following a 14 hour drive, rest was needed. The bed was clean and very comfortable and much appreciated. Unfortunately the room was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and being outdated.

No screens on the windows so couldn’t open them for fresh air without letting flys and bugs in. The wifi did not work

Halls needed cleaning and the bed frame was broken
