AC worked well. The room was out of date, need improvement inside, found a couple spiders crawling around on the wall. The snacks in the vending machine needs to be updated with new snacks.

Room was clean upon check in but not cleaned or towels replaced during the stay. I will use another hotel the nest time I visit Valdosta

Property needs updating and breakfast is only a waffle, toast, or whole grain cereal. Coffee was terrible and not replaced when it ran out. Door to our room was closed but had a big gap to the outside.

Everything was well, nothing was dirty it was some damages in the rooms but it wasn’t too much to complain, and a bit of rust here and there… No, insects or rodents.

There was Mold growing in a picture, I have enough breathing problems mold can make it worse!! Mirror in the bathroom still had toothpaste from the last person and toilet would not flush properly and ended up backing up. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they maid can't clean a mirror makes me worry what else they truly didn't clean.

The first room had standing water on the floor from HVAC , had an unsecured adjoining room and simply felt unsafe.

The room was extremely smelly. It smelled like cat pee. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very large for handicap accessibility. Yet you would never get a wheel chair inside the actual room. There were loads of people outside listening to loud music.

Location inside the mall area is confused to find. Unsafe to locate a lady with a teenage girl in a separate building from the main one and have to cross parking early in AM for breakfast. Breakfast could be enriched with eggs and sausage/patties. Staff is very friendly. Lobby and dining wallpaper needs to be change (is hold on several areas with pins). Rooms could use a little upgrade.

Convenient for the price. We had to make a last minute call to stay here due to the Tropical Storm Debby. Would stay here again for sure. Wifi worked well.

Killed 2 spiders and a termite in the room. Nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. could see daylight around exterior door bugs in ceiling lights. area around toilet the molding was separated from the wall and dirty. Exterior door was dented and moulding around door was dirty. Paint was bubbling on ceiling jn bathroom. Probably one of the most disgusting rooms we’ve ever had. Accessible bench over tub was loose and potentially dangerous. Had to have the desk clerk come into the room and spray for bugs. Was so disgusted that we wouldn’t even leave our suitcases in the room overnight- took what we needed out of them and left them in our vehicle. Kept any snacks in the fridge for fear of bugs finding them and all our clothes tied up in a plastic bag on a nightstand since we didn’t want to put anything on the floor. The finish on desk lamp was worn down to bare metal. The tile under the vanity in the bathroom was cracked. We have never had this experience with Baymont before and we’re extremely disappointed. I will say that the desk clerk was very responsive to the bug situation.

Didn’t like the water on bathroom floor; the dirt ring in bath tub; the bathroom door was screwed together at the bottom and looked like it had water damage making it bow outward. The condition of the bathroom made us think the woman walking away from that area wearing a shower cap had used our rooms tub to bath. ALL THIS FOR THE HIGH COST OF $99.00!! Outrageous cost.

Old and outdated. Moldy and musty. Friendly staff & easy late check in. You get what you pay for , it was only one night. Plus side…. They have a waffle maker!!!!

The personal st hotel was very friendly, the rooms are kind of old needed some updates, the room next door where very noisy.

I didn’t like the fact the linen on the bed was dingy And the bed creak every time u move Making noises when you move around was very annoying
