Only issue was bad smell of urine in bathroom.

Everything was good but the pillows. They need new ones. If you can, bring your own pillows with.

This hotel was a huge disappointment! The pictures on the website were false advertising in our opinion. Walking into the hotel was a very strong smell of cleaning product. Although I like a clean place, this seemed to be masking something with the over abundance of odor. The staff was not friendly upon arrival, no service with a smile, and rarely was anyone at the front desk. The rooms were dirty, both the microwave and fridge were not cleaned out and the area around the tub was just plain gross. The “free” breakfast was a waste of time as most of the food was gone within an hour and no staff keeping up with stocking and cleaning. Not worth the $200

We were upgraded to a suite. However the suite was a handicap suite so there wasn’ta chair, microwave. Maybe the regular rooms were better. Property was good.

Would have been better but the pillows were useless and the towels felt like sandpaper rubbing against your skin.

Good outdoor seating and the pool as well as the hot tub was in working order.

No one was ever at desk! Ice was empty on 2 floors! Breakfast trays were empty coffee empty and no one to ask! We had two light bulbs out and no one did anything about it! We were there for 3 nights! Will never go back!!!!

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, TV had adequate amount of channels to view, and the decor was modern and easy on the eye. One thing noted was the bathroom sink was slow to drain. I noticed same problem identified in previous reviews. The hot tub water temperature, in the pool area, was warm and relaxing, but the switch to produce the bubbles was inoperable. The outside patio was very nice and we used it for family activities. Lastly, both mornings, hot food for breakfast was out and it took awhile for the staff to refill. The tables were unclean when we arrived at 8:00 am. Also, staff at the front desk were seldom there but were present immediately after calling them. They lacked social connect but were pleasant when I would initiate conversation. Overall, it was a nice place, good price and location. I would return again with hope that management would work on the areas I have noted. Thank you!

The door was very hard to open and the tub did not drain in the shower

Weird musty smell throughout. Not the cleanest place. Breakfast is served until 9:00 but was gone at 8:15 when we arrived. Staff was awesome, but communication was difficult as they all spoke broken English.

Room was clean, quiet and bed comfortable

Ice machines not working, room phone not working, cold breakfast, pool hours ridiculous, guest communication very poor.

When stricken by a verified medical emergency hotel refused to refund or give a credit for rooms rented Don’t stay here !!! they are all about the money and dont care about the person

On the surface hotel appeared modern and clean but our room had a very strong ammonia pet urine odor that never went away.

This was an okay stay. Breakfast mediocre. Many of the window screens were ripped making the curb appeal not look so great. Bed was comfortable. I would have expected better up keep for a new hotel. We wouldn't stay at thus particular Country Inn and Suites again.

Convenient location.

There were only 3 ppl working (definitely family members) when I went down to ask for NEW soaps (wash,shampoo, conditioner, lotion) the gentleman argued with me that there was still some product left in the existing bottles….I understood that there was some product left but would have appreciated some UNOPENED products because I don’t know who stayed before me and it is easy to contaminate the bottles in the room. Then they asked me if I no longer wanted the used ones and I said no! I would write a review….at that point I was offered 3 out the 4 new UNOPENED products.

We were confronted about garbage being left outside our door! We were not told where to put it when we checked in.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Young man at check in was fine with getting us checked in. We were in and out several times over the 2 day period there was never any one at the desk. Called down for a set of towels they wouldn’t bring them to the room said I needed to come get them. That is not good service. Went to check out and no one ever came to the desk. Two other couples were also waiting. We finally just left. No thank you for staying, how was your stay, nothing. We will not stay there again. Hotel was fine but people working or lack of working were not good.

The cleanliness of our room was terrible. The carpet was filthy, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and there were many hairs in the tub and surrounding.
