I love to stay in a suite. It helps with the noise factor from hallway. Quiet and comfortable.

Ok hotel, comfortable bed, some parts need refurbishing.

Out door swimming pool

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel, and we’ll definitely stay again! Although we’ll always try to book the top floor, because this time whoever was above us was ridiculously loud, something we’ve never had to worry about. But the rooms and service are amazing!

We enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious room and loved the pool area.

When I first walked into the room I was blown away by how big and how clean the room was. This is a top notch place to stay. The kitchen was clean and in order, I'll tell friends and family about this place

Enjoyed a lovely evening relaxing in the common area of the suite prior to an early morning flight from PDX. Very convenient to drive to airport

Amber was so great! I had a lovely stay. She went above and beyond to accomdate our group.

Carpets in hallway especially the back stairways need to be cleaned and washed more often. Tons of stains (thinking this particular stairwell is the way staff takes out the trash).Toilets and shower heads need a little bit of updating as our toilets both got clogged by the 3 day, shower heads weren’t easily movable the water pressure was so hard that it was spraying out of the shower in the back when I was trying to get into the shower. Bathrooms do not have venting that turns on but smells from other rooms come through the vent (also a bit odd and creepy that the vents were on a wall INSIDE the shower) and Someone was smoking pot in a room that’s vent was connected to our room. I wouldn’t have mind as I’m in favor of others partaking in 420 activities but I was traveling with my kids and one in particular is an infant baby and I do not want them exposed to that at all. Overall stay was average. Front desk staff and girl running the breakfast were friendly and kind. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but most things were edible.

Our room was a two bedroom, 2 bathroom with a kitchen. It was very nice and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I had a great night sleep.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not at all what was described on the website. Lacking in variety.

Hot tub is small, maybe a larger one would be better.

Great place for a family of 5 with the 2 bedroom suite and a sofa bed. The staff was helpful and even bought a new fan and brought it to us! A little dated, but for the price, it was a great stay.

Older decor. Daily cleaning not an option

The breakfast included was really good. The pool area was awesome. There is a full basketball court that is gated off, too. I shared a suite with my husband, sister, and parents. There was plenty of room, and honestly it was MUCH bigger than I expected.

Great breakfast. Nice location and building. Traffic from Portland to Vancouver already backs up at 3pm, which was a bit surprising to me. I thought the Bay Area traffic was bad but traffic was pretty bad in the Portland area also. Keep that in mind if you are planning to go to Portland.

Right near the 205 fwy but you didn't hear the noise.

When we first got there…there were two police cars and police at the hotel. Then the cigarette disposal was on fire. The lobby had a strong smell of cheap air fresher, obviously covering something. Once we got to the room. The room was freezing we had to turned off the air and open the little bit of windows that is allowed. My kids were excited for the pool which was the water was murky but they still got in. (Kids don’t care)That lasted for one hour before a toddler popped in the pool. Then the pool was closed. This was our weekend getaway! Sooooo disappointed, the prices do not reflect this kind of facility!

The studio suite was very nice. Love the kitchenette and full size fridge w ice maker! Front desk staff was very friendly. My request for late check out was approved. However, 2 different housekeeping staff knocked on the door prior to my checkout time and I felt a bit like they were lingering and rushing me out. But, all in all, everything was great. Breakfast had a good variety of many options. Would def come back and stay again and refer to friends and family. Thank you very much!

Definitely a lot of homeless but we didn’t feel unsafe they kept to themselves Staff was amazing and helpful

The lobby was clean, staff very helpful, convenient location.

Room was very clean, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The set up for dishes, pots and pans and everything else kitchen related made it easy to stay for the week.

Front desk friendliness and cordiality was simply wonderful!
