Very convenient location to walk around the resort area with many restaurants, shops, bars and things to do and see. Not too busy so nice and quiet, a nice day to walk and sit at an outdoor cafe in the sunshine. Room was excellent, lots of room with kitchen facilities and living area, separate bedroom. Warm romantic fireplace, nice balcony.

The hotel was small and cozy, really nice vibes inside and really family friendly. The staff are warm to talk to , for most of them and really understanding. Parking a bit small and elevators a bit scary but the rest was wonderful. Oh and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay : )

The rooms were old and full of dust or mold . My partner and I couldn't breathe the entire night . They advertise "Queen" bed - however it's more like a twin . It was hard and uncomfortable. The outdoor pool was filthy with so much debris and bugs floating , we got out . The hot tub was the same, floating w dead wasps .

Hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Late arrival without notice on our part. Were upgraded to a suite for free. Smaller bed than originally reserved, but kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink, and coffee maker. Clean and comfortable room. Opaque curtains prevented morning light from waking us up. Breakfast room packed but ok if you do not mind eating breakfast at a stranger's side. Copious breakfast with nice selection. Staff allowed us to eat our own picknick on hotel terrace after checkout. Made a big difference for us. Great stay overall.

After checking in we found toilet was clogged and flooded in our suite. Didn’t get help from customer service. Used alternative unit toilet away from our unit. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was not up to standard and worth for the money. Don’t recommend at all.

Stayed 2 nights and it was a great location in the Village. Staff was perfectly bilingual in both English and French. Really pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Dining room for breakfast was very small and huge lineups for food. However, there were lots of options and food was good. Only negative was only one elevator was working so wait times were long.

Rude front desk old lady, room next to the club very noisy, had to pay an extra charge for parking (which they didn't not mention), and the room was weird

Towels needed replacing as they were rough and thin, breakfast was all processed food, soap dispenser in washroom was empty, bathroom was very dated. Hotel was overpriced for what you paid. Parking should have been included. Staff seemed unfriendly at front desk upon checkout
