We loved our stay! Very clean and quiet with plenty of activity for our kids!

Our kids had a blast doing the tie dye shirt activity and wish we stayed longer. They loved the continental breakfast, donuts and hot chocolate. Great place to stay near everything!

What a little jewel to discover this motel. The rooms were so clean, tidy and supplied with everything and more anyone could expect. We weren't planning on eating in, but this room was furnished with cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, a 2-burner stovetop, full refrigerator with top freezer, convection oven, knives and utility cook ware. a coffeepot, toaster and blender. The bed and fold out couch were quite comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets, more towels than I usually expect. Plenty of cabinet and closet space. A room divider and 2 TV's. One small drawback, not much of a breakfast was available. Very quiet and centrally located. We will return.

What a super great place!! We had a mini kitchen, full fridge, comfy beds, super clean, nicely decorated... Pet friendly(!!) place! Very close to Heavenly, the lake... Super nice, thoughtful staff. Great place!! Definitely will return!!

Desk is only open from 7am to 9pm. We typically arrive late, so thankfully we got in around 8:30 pm! I get cold seats even now at how close we were to sleeping in our car!
That said, this was a trip favorite. Super comfy beds, kitchenette (which meant that there was an outside the bathroom sink which is my favorite feature on family trips because it keeps the bathroom from getting backed up with a line), neat property, (FREE movie rental and FREE bike rental!). This was our one and only trip to Lake Tahoe. So we all wanted to cry because there just wasn't enough time to do the neat games available on site. Free popcorn/tea/coffee during front desk hours. Whole room was tastefully decorated and we loved our stay. Too bad Lake Tahoe is so out of the way from our typical travels. We would gladly stay again.

Beautiful older style hotel. It was clean and quiet. The parking is not great on the weekends but weekdays was much better. Parking is for small cars and very tight if you are lucky to find a spot before 10pm when the workers leave. Other than the parking we loved the place though!

I’ve paid twice as much for a room, and The Americana completely blew me away. The cleanliness was superb with outstanding presentation. All of the amenities were first-class. For example the dishwasher was filled with clean, sterilized dishes; abundance of clean, fresh towels, toilet paper, Kleenex box, and kitchen paper towels were all new; not a half roll. And the shampoo, conditioner , etc were spa level. Pool was sparkling, secret garden for pets, entertainment area with lots of games. I will definitely be staying here again!

The facilities were really kept up.Room was well clean. Beautiful surroundings. The service was exceptional. Staff came multiple times to help with various issues. Loved the room decor, although kitchen was a little crammed. My only complaints were that the breakfast could have been better but not bad. The eating surroundings were nice however. The other complaint: the softbed has to be inflated in order for it to be comfortable. The apparatus supplied to inflate it was missing a piece so I had to wait to get it replaced. Overall, I really liked this place

We love The Americana Village! The property is nice, clean, and there are many things to do such as swimming, ping pong, volleyball, and more! We especially love the daily activities where my son got to make a tie die shirt and make s’mores! One of the biggest loves for my son is the endless popcorn they offer! We will definitely be coming back!

Not a place to stay in the summer, unless you like sleeping in an oven because there is no air conditioning. TV did not work in our room and no one was available to fix it, nor were we compensated at all for not having it work. Will not come back.

They have a pool (the spa is too hot), outside ping pong, small playground, and so on. They also have a special activities like Bingo, tie-dye e.t.c.
One problem I had is our room was upstairs and I could not sleep well. It was too warm… If we opened the window (screen is installed), maybe it wouldn’t be bad but we didn’t feel comfortable as the window is facing the isle.

Our family of four stayed at Americana Village for three nights last week and had a great experience. The property is located on a quiet street one block away from the main road, with ample parking, has its own playground and activity area. The staff is super friendly, and offer different activities for kids&families every afternoon. The room is big and clean, accommodating four of us easily. Highly recommended for families seeking comfortable and affordable accommodation in Lake Tahoe area.

It was a clean, a fun place for kids with the pool and playground and easy to walk to restaurants/entertainment. I think it could be improved with bedding updates, more towels/bed pillow for the pull out couch. The kids enjoyed the popcorn machine at the front!

Nice, cute place to stay. The price was affordable. They have activities for kids and grownups alike. The manager was kind and understanding. The rooms are a bit outdated. The restroom is small. There are no rooms with double beds. The rooms have one queen bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Cleanliness was OK as well as service.
