This is the only place we stay when we come to Orlando. If you are in Orlando, unless you have a package deal at a theme park then this is where you should stay.Some of the best prices and it feels like it’s your own home.

Was o.k. The premises are in a little need of update. The structure is perfect. Location is ideal. A lot to do on the resort itself. It’s like coming back home everytime.

Booked one night before a ‘marketing stay’. Used Uber rather than renting which was probably a mistake. This place nearly requires a car. The property is quite a long way from the airport- no shuttle from the airport. Check in was ok but slow. Location is also quite a long ways from Disney attraction. The accommodation building a long way from security gate but they provided golf cart shuttle. One bedroom suite was comfortable. Shower curtain too short so it floods the nearby floor each time. Has washer/drier so was able to ‘mop’ up and dry towels.

AC never worked in main room...was 80 deg all night. Took 2hours for someone to come look at it but never fixed it. Booked a suite with 1 king bed and 3 queens. Arrived to find its actually 2 seperate rooms not 1 room as described by site and they are not connected. Amenities were closed by sunset although info said 9pm. Only main pool was open till 10 but main slide feature was closed. Location seemed old and rundown. Front desk person that checked us in wasnt very friendly. Would not stay here again.

Check in was fast and easy, but bathroom curtain was broken and didn't look clean. What made things worst was the day of check out i was woken up at 7am with loud music from the pool area and then landscaping personnel. Music shouldn't be played at that time anyday.

Nice place but cleaning wasn't that good the floors needed sweeping and mopping. Had fun at the pool and bed was comfortable.

We have stayed many times before, this time we booked a good view room but when we arrived the bedroom window and patio screen was totally overgrown with trees and we could literally see nothing expect leafs. We were on the top floor this wasn’t a ground floor issue) it made the rooms very dark and disappointing we booked a view and got nothing.

Honestly this was one of the best rooms and value for a hotel. We travel to Orlando (Disney) ~3 time a year and usually stay on Disney property. But now with a baby, I felt like we needed more space and Disney hotels cost much more. This was perfect. Full kitchen, laundry. Such a great value. The pool was fun our kids with a slide and on Saturday they even had a guy showing reptiles. My husband and son played mini golf and Pickleball. It’s about 15-20 mins from Disney depending on where you’re headed. With a car, we really no issues. I can’t speak on their transportation. All I know is, this is now a top contender for where we want to stay when we visit Orlando. I didn’t do the timeshare presentation because I don’t think I’m interested at this time (I have a 10 month old and she can’t sit through a 2hr presentation) but they will try to get you to sign up when you get your parking pass. The room was clean and spacious. I have nothing bad to say.

This property is beautiful the newly renovated rooms are excellent very clean and comfortable. The only thing is the resort fees are expensive if you don't use any of the amenities. Don't let them talk you into the Hilton program presentation they tell you it's 90 mins we were there for 3 hours and when you say no they become very rude and say things like I don't know why people come for the deee gifts meanwhile the girl who convinces you to go says just go don't ask questions and get your gift. That was the only downfall about this resort that was not nice at all beware.

The room was very nice but I cannot give it 5 stars as it was not as advertised. We specifically chose the 2 brs 1 King 1 Queen Plus option because we wanted a hot tub. The room did not have one. When contacted the hotel offered to move us to another room that hasn't been renovated in a while. When we asked if we could see the room we were told "no because then everyone would want to do that". A very strange answer. We choose not to let it ruin our stay even though we did not get what we paid for
