Room not ready at check in. One elevator is insufficient for the service.

Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, but room smelled worse. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall & the bathroom ceiling had visable drywall patches all over. Towels had brown stains. Pubic hairs on tub ledge. Hair tie on floor under cabinet. Outlets near bed were so worn out that my phone charger would just fall out. Pillows/sheets had brown/red stains. Mini fridge door would not fully close and could only barely open cause it was rubbing on the floor due to the fridge leaning so much forward. My vehicle smelled like smoke the entire drive home because that room smell was embedded in my suitcase & clothes. I was thoroughly embarrased at work meetings as I could tell people would move farther away from me due to the smell.

Love must stay great staff great third shift front desk attendant, and first shift was amazing. Along with the breakfast lady will be back.

Everything was fine except they need to upgrade their Elevator and change out the breakfast food to be different instead of the same thing everyday!!!

The bathroom was disgusting. Not disgusting in a not clean way, but seemed like someone stayed in the bathroom created major stains in the tub and shower area. The housekeeping can't get rid of the stains. Also the bed spread had holes in it.

We travelled for almost 17hrs, i booked for a 2 queen beds. The staff was nice but we were given a room that has only one bed and the worst part is it was obviously a used room and smelled bad. So i went back down to the reception area and requested a new room, we were tired it was 1am and almost left coz we waited again for 15 minutes just to have a decent room.

I had 6 in my family. 2 teenagers & my 72 yr old mother n law. On our 1st night there the key pad broke on 11 different rooms. The hotel manager couldn't be reached for 4 hrs. The other rooms pad got fixed. Ours did not. We had to sleep in another room with nothing. No clothes, medication, no money. 15 hours later they got the door opened

The front desk staff was nice. Check in was very easy. The room was clean but had huge red stains on carpet, old hard to clean stains in tub, no tissue holder in bathroom, light/vent made noise when in use. Definitely an outdated facility. Housekeeping did not come to get trash or replace towels although I asked front desk. They also didn’t have any clean towels the second morning. Breakfast options are small but good. My key card deactivated during the stay. Pool needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping opened my door before I departed(still had two hours) even tho I said, “one second” when she knocked.

Hotel staff was welcoming and promptly checked us in. For some reason the king room we booked was not available so we were given two queens. The room was huge!!

The suite was very spacious and clean.

We had to persist on getting a room key that actually worked for the room. The desk clerk was very unfriendly when asked to give us a correct working key. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The breakfast was not appeasing at all.

Helpful desk attendant. Parking was easy and convenient for getting to food and shopping options.

Window broken and wouldnt close, felt unsafe. Since window didnt stay closed, bugs came in room. Fridge hinge broke and didnt work.

The staff was kind and friendly but the hotel is fairly old and not in great condition. The first room we were assigned to had a TERRIBLE smell in the bathroom. The staff kindly moved us to a new room. It was better but the whole hotel has a strange smell. Makes it feel not as clean.

Staff was great! Location is very convenient and having a room with a sofabed, microwave, and fridge is very helpful for a family. Rooms could use a tiny bit of updating though. Also there is only sheets available for the sofabed. Mattress is very thin, so you would need a comforter for extra padding as well as warmth.

We have stayed at Comfort Inn before but this was by far the worse one. As soon as we got out the vehicle there were people standing outside getting high. The scent in the hotel was terrible. The elevator smelled like marijuana. When we got to the room there were bugs in our room and a lady bug on the floor. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The shower wasnt clean and had stains. I had to ask for some more sheets because there was blood stains on them

I enjoyed the stay at this property due to the clean, quiet, spacious room and the excellent and friendly service received from the staff.

The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was also very good. My room needed a bit of cosmetic fixes in the bathroom, but was overall excellent and functional. The hotel customers were also pleasant. I'd stay at this hotel again....

The property was clean, with the exception of the pool. There was algae or other fungus on the steps of the pool.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that I was called the morning of my stay and asked to pay ahead. I’ve never had to do that ever. Then when I get to the hotel I’m told that I have to walk u 4 flights of stairs after I had checked in. I feel like the rep could have led with that. Also when you enter the hotel, you don’t get a welcoming experience. No of the reps who were at the desk greeted anyone. I work in customer service, so I tend to pay close attention to that. I usually never have any problems with the hotels I’m Southhaven. This was my first and last stay at the Comfort Suites

As i entered our room, i noticed the king bed with what appeared to be 4 throw pillows on top at the head. I later discovered they were undersized pillows bunched up in a 15"x15" square. Not very comfortable either. The bathroom had a broken tile behid the door. The anti- skid application on the tub was eroded off.

Low quality , overcharged for the wrong room . Very inconveniencing will never stay at a comfort inn again in my life. Wasted money and got charged twice for a room that they said wasn’t ready . Ridiculous
