Great beach view.

The view from this property was amazing, it was clean

Run-down. Air-conditioning lacking. Horrible, hard-to-get wifi: need to register and become a loyalty program member only to get an unstable internet connection for one device. Elevators constantly out of order: only one of three typically works. Drier no working. Poor provisions: one bath towel per person. Splurge a bit more if you can.

This property was very dated, dirty, and bare bones. The bathrooms were old and rusty and one room did not have air conditioning. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Prefect location and very close to beach. Close to paradise centre, restaurants and other facilities. The room lacks cooking and serving amenities. Spa not working during my 7 day stay.

Fabulous property - so close to all you need. Facilities are fantastic and very clean. Only complaint was the room was sold as ‘air-conditioned’. However there was only air in the living space not in the bedrooms. It was very warm at night even with the ceiling fans on full speed. Expedia need to change to show air conditioning not in bedrooms. This was for room 15D. May not be for all rooms - but best to check when booking. Otherwise our stay was wonderful and we have no complaints! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

This is a convenient, clean and fresh apartment. Easy to walk to the centre of Surfers.

The staff were very pleasant, our stay was amazing, the rooms were so spacious and felt very homely. We had everything on hand for sleeping, cooking and recreation. Nicki was so lovely, what a credit to Breakfree. We accidentally found our spare key from previous tenants and handed them him. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the amazing view… and feel welcomed from the team at Breakfree .. thank you.

A very close walk to Cavill Ave. Apartment had all family needs.

not bad hotel even though doesnt look impressive from outside. We got the unit on 16th floor with nice view on the city and the ocean. Unit was clean and cozy.

Overall a good experience. Was a good sized two bed apartment with kitchen and large lounge with nice city views via a big corner balcony. Easy walk to Surfers shops and supermarkets. No noise from other rooms or floors (we were on 11). Lots of street noise with the tram passing directly below, but won't bother anyone use to living in a city. I can see why some reviewers find the place a little "dated." Little things like marks on the walls, some shabby bits of furniture, and some cheap tables/chair (though doesn't seem consistant - one room I visited had much nicer stuff), poorly sealing outside doors (the whistling wind was constant at times), woobly tiles, an oven that took literally an hour to get to heat, and paint over doorjams making them stick let's the place down. Cleanliness was ok, but dishes needed rewashed as they ask the occupants to do so at the end and it was done poorly. A new set of sterilised dishes and cutlery (which were also rather cheap) would be much preferred. Main gripe would be we didn't get the internet codes until five days in, you have to sign up to their "club," to get it, and ultimately had to ask. Similarly the supply of basics like tea/coffee/sugar were minimal and needed to be purchased (along with oil, salt, pepper,etc). In comparison I stayed two nights at what is likely the most budget place in Surfers just prior and had wifi on arrival, daily service, and as many of the basics as I needed (plus snacks!).

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location, walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and public transport.

Perfect stay for my family in the 2 bedroom apartment - friendly staff, check in was a breeze and they even helped with bookings for the theme parks; close to tram station, surfers paradise beach, dining, shopping and entertainment areas.. only a hop and skip away from the beach ~ literally. The apartment had everything we needed, so spacious and a balcony with a view. May only need to add a TV in the room/s as well..

The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay. Located a 5 minute walk to the centre of Surfers, this is an ideal location to enjoy a Gold Coast holiday.

Perfect location, we booked a city view apartment and still got access to the beautiful views of the ocean! My children loved the indoor heated pool and spa which was perfect for the cooler days. Pools tiles need a deep clean however did not stop us from using the amenities. Room is well equipped with everything you need! Blankets do require a wash as we noticed stains on our blankets however sheets and towels were clean. Foxtell kept the children entertained while we were not roaming the streets of surfers paradise. I loved having access to the washing machine and dryer which meant I didn't need to pack alot of clothing. We felt safe and welcomed and were greeted by friendly staff. Thankyou Breakfree!

The location was awesome and close to transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

We’ve stayed at Breakfree Beachpoint previously and decided to come back. We love it as it’s close to shops, dining and easy access to the beach. We’ll be back again!

It was a spacious room and had all we needed including a view that was spectacular. The carparking was extremely difficult to navigate in a larger car! We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately our 2 bedroom apartment could have done with a good scrub. It had an overall grimey feel, a lot of mould & deterioration. We had to clean the fans & aircon prior to use as they were coated in dust/dirt. Not enough consumables provided i.e sink plugs, tissues, detergent. Very convenient location but wouldnt stay here again

Big spacious apartments on the beach. Directly across From lifeguards. Hard to choose where to swim as the ocean was beautiful but the hotel pool was also nice and clean with well maintained relaxing gardens. The apartment was dated, but large and clean. We were really happy staying here and would definitely stay again. Lee on the front desk was so helpful and really helped us out with accomodating our group.

Our group of travellers was quite large - booking 3 apartments. All apartments were very different from the next. Ours was modern, clean, mint condition, well styled etc. loved it! It also had split systems in all bedrooms and entertaining space which was fantastic!! The others look like they needed a little update and at the least required better couches and split systems in bedrooms. The property was great though! Well Located, clean, all the main things needed for a stay away, and lovely reception too. A gym would’ve been great also. But I can’t complain. It was great also due to not being a mega large property - the lifts were easy to catch and didn’t mean waiting for long periods Of time etc. loved it overall! Ps. The best part was the clear beach views!! From all apartments 👏👏

The room is very spacious. Most of the amenities is available. The washing & drying machines is an added plus points.
