Took my mom for her birthday, overall wonderful expierence. Service was amazing. Suggestion when multiple weddings are happening would be great if they were kept together. Drunk guests loud in hallways till 2am. Also families with younger children yelling in the early mornings.

This is a wonderful hotel with a beautiful lush property. The staff is exceptional- everyone we met was pleasant and eager to help. There are great dining options right on the property which is an added bonus. Spa services were wonderful but the facility itself could be better appointed.

Always happy to stay here. We got an upgrade this time. Staff are friendly, the property is so pretty and comfortable, and the recent remodel is just top notch! We love it here, we just don’t look for another hotel when we’re in the area.

At first I received a call that hotel was completely sold out for 4th of July weekend and they didn’t have 2 needs available, but when we arrived, they upgraded us to a suit and it was lovely. Very relaxing and their restaurants are great. If you need a weekend getaway, this is a good one. Lovely areas to walk and good food and coffee.

I loved our stay at Estancia La Jolla - the entire hotel and grounds are beautiful and elegant, but still feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was also great with lots of options.

Lots of friendly, competent staff. A little pricey. Shocked when I got bill and valet parking was $50 a day. Then I learned that self parking quite a ways away was $45!! We left on a little bit of a sour note.

It was lovely. Every staff member we encountered was exceedingly friendly & polite—especially Madeline in the Greenfinch Restaurant. The grounds are beautiful. Rooms were beautifully appointed.

This is the third time we stay here and we really like it, especially now that the hotel was remodeled. They did a great job at the main lobby and coffee shop. The rooms got a refresh as well, and the service was very good. Definitely will come back.

The property was in pristine condition, and the rooms were immaculate. The guest service and dining were incredible. We enjoyed the pool and free yoga on the agave lawn. What a fantastic getaway! We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here a few times. It’s nice with easy access to the beach and walkable to town. There’s a little convenient store on the property which is nice.

Stayed at the Estancia for a quick overnight to see a show at La Jolla Playhouse. The grounds are beautiful, the bar was convenient and made delicious drinks, and the room was clean and quiet.

We stay at worse location of the hotel, the backyard under construction and room door near the main entrance and there are noise all the time, so really unpleasure stay!

The property was beautiful and truly felt like a retreat. The only downside was that parking was expensive. It was $40 per night.

My husband's and my card was double charged with extra charges but the staff Sofia and management fixed it and didn’t charge for my parking self parking

We had stayed in this hotel 11 years ago and enjoyed it.
This stay was also very favorable and would definitely revisit the property.

So it may not be a fair assessment because the property is going through major renovations but we didn’t have the best stay. We were hoping for a relaxed weekend by the pool, but the pool area was closed and going thru a rebuild. I wish we knew this beforehand because we would have switched to another property. We were told we could go to their sister property but it was a 15 minute drive away. Also, the restaurant had a surcharge where we were told by the service staff that it went directly to the property and not to the staff. We will come back, but only when the renovation is done.
