My stay here was a great one. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean. I would definitely stay again.

This was part of an extended trip. My daughter, my two year grandson and I arrived after midnight and the person in the front desk was very kind. His name was Prith.. something I cannot remember, but he was very kind. . I called earlier to see if they had a crib for the baby and the lady answered no several times; when I arrived the receptionist gentleman said yes we do and he took it to our room. He was very kind and patient. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Staff was nice but facilities are dated and worn. Area did not feel safe though I had no specific occurrences that caused me concern.

I was skeptical about staying in this area but the hotel was so nice. They were so friendly and helpful at the front desk. My room was very clean and I slept so well, it was so quiet. I also love that they closely monitor who comes in and out.

No more breakfast provided; a small breakfast bag containing an apple, energy bar........... like COVID-19 treatment three years ago. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is old, outdated and requires renovation. Swimming pool is ok but need more cleaning.

Furniture could be updated

Decent value for the price. The young woman in the front office couldn’t have been any sweeter - she was wonderful. Nice , clean hotel.

Staff poor attitude! Appliances were unplugged and not convenient to plug ins! Nothing but coffee for the advertised continental breakfast!. Very dissatisfied!

First the breakfast advertised was a water, apple juice and protein bar, also the remote didn’t eork, however staff replaced it and mattresss was so soft, it felt like ya sleeping on a gel mold, prefer firmness

Nice room but they walk in and continually knock on the door for check out.

When we arrived there was a smell in the room. People were hanging out in the parking lot sitting on folding chairs. When we left, there was a guy standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette. Front desk never asked him to move all the way outside.

AC noisy. Room humid. Not a 3.5 star at all. This is a two star hotel.

There wasn’t anything I liked about this property. How it was the ratings it does, I’ll never know. The lady at the front counter was rude, the place was very sketchy ..as in the sliding doors you walk through stay constantly locked. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone ever came to let me in so I could check in. The room smelt very gross. Needless to stay I checked out as soon as I checked in.

I thought there was supposed to be breakfast of some kind. I didn't see any.

Hotel is not located in a very good area. It is not posted that the hotel will require $100 hold on your card at checkin to make sure you don’t “smoke” in your room. Was promised that hold would be released immediately upon check out. If by immediate they mean 6 days later then they should be honest. I finally called hotel after 6 days because the hold was still on my card, the person answering the phone assured me that after talking to the manager, Mr. Vic, that he had released the hold on my card the Sunday before when I checked out. I informed them that it was still there and they said it was an issue with my bank and I needed to contact them. Miraculously when I checked my account the next day the holes were gone. I believe they weren’t released and once I called they finally did. This hotel needs to be more transparent in their advertising about holds they will place on you account at check in.

The staff was very nice and helpful

We reserved assessable room but we’re unable to use it because the elevator was broken. We did get a regular room on the first floor, not Assessable! The room was clean but was sprayed with a lot of air freshener.

The beds were the softest I’ve ever slept on! The hot tub was great! Even the way they folded the towels was awesome! Was skeptical at first but it was great!

Breakfast was a joke

Stay was nice. They just over price for the security deposit even though, they money is refundable is just the fact that the area is not worth $100. I truly been to a five start hotels and this wasn’t it. I hope they do better they try to charge for how many people staying it crazy.
