Carpets were filthy

Not very clean. Construction was underway outside the room but inside was in poor condition. They didn't have the room we reserved. Had to sleep on a pullout bed which was very uncomfortable! Staff did not rectify.

Interesting mix of guests-passing thru with pets (us), attendees at a conference, workers tending to hurricane damage. Clean and inviting rooms, comfy beds

The bathroom was filthy Toilet was dirty, floors were dirty, shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. Pillows had hair on them and clearly were not changed. Wallpaper peeling off and the room smelled terrible.

Hotel is a little run down and need tlc but all in all it was a good stay

There was a very recent Hurricane , so they deserve a break for that , but bathroom had soiled linens and no shampoo, ewww!

We really did enjoy our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I did think the pet fee was excessive; we did not know the price in advance (booked on Hotels.com) and since it was a non-refundable reservation we could not cancel when I was told about it. The pet fee was almost as much as the room itself.

Wanted a place clean and convenient to stay overnight on our way to Disney. This place was perfect. It also has a great breakfast included.

The front desk said they would be renovating. Badly needs it! Got off of elevator on 2nd floor: carpet soiled, wallpaper peeling, smelled like bug spray. Got to my room and could not get tv on. Called front desk and they sent maintenance who condescendingly unplugged power from a box and plugged it back in and it worked. Like we should know to do that. In my dad’s room, same problem with TV. Had to unplug reply and also switch to hdmi to get it working. His shower head fell apart when he took a shower and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The floor had black hair all over it. Not great for a 92yo trying to shower in a tub shower. Paid $75 to have my Yorkie in the room. Total room fee should have been less than that for the condition it was in. Best thing was breakfast. The lady manning the breakfast room had it fully stocked with fresh food and greeted everyone with a friendly smile. I expect more from Hampton Inn when it comes to rooms. May need to switch chains.

wall paper falling off walls, piss in floor around toiler, oh the bed was terrible and the noise from it woke you up. Would recommend a full remodel

Rooms were well worn and dirty. This is not a 3-star property - but it is priced as one.

Bathroom shower not cleaned. Long hairs plastered to shower wall and shampoo dispenser.

I honestly thought the 4th floor of the hotel was condemned which is where our room was at. The wallpaper was peeled off of the walls when you were walking down the hallway you could feel the floor appeared to have potholes in them. On top of this, the a/c did not work. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

Dirty carpets, dirty fridge, items from previous guests found. Charged extra $80 for pet not disclosed prior to check in. Weeds and overgrown grass. Terrible stay will never go back!

The facility was in terrible condition. The roof was leaking into the fourth floor hallway. The common area air conditioner was not working. The hallway had buckets to catch the rain. The carpet and wallpaper were soaked. It was so hot in the hallways and lobby it made you sweat.

The roof was leaking and there were several buckets in the hallway to catch the leaks, so it wasn’t a new problem. Only two elevators for a huge building and one of them was broken, so it was really hard to get out in the morning because the cleaning staff had to use the same elevator as guests. The room itself was clean enough and comfortable, but I would expect better for the price, which was ridiculous. And the pet fee is almost as much as the room! Breakfast was good.

All of the windows were leaking in the firat AND second room then the ceiling started to leak.

When my family and I arrived, It was a foul oder in the room. The left an empty toilet tissue role in the bathroom instead of changing it out. The floor was wet because of the AC unit. The AC unit stop working in the room. We was on the first floor, but the elevator stop working twice within in a weekend. There was a backdoor entry point by parking which we can use our room key to get in, but the key pad to enter was not working. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. I will not come back here unless they upgrade this hotel.

Elevator was broken and we had to carry 3 kids and luggage close to midnight. Wasn’t called or notified until we checked in at front desk. Couch was dirty. When we showered in AM I pulled back curtain and dirty, wet washcloths fell off the curtain, up top. The sink wasn’t dry, like someone ran water prior to us. Toilet was dirty at edges and towels had stains. We also couldn’t enter through other doors due to the system crash. When elevators fixed next morning, only one worked. So we waited ten minutes and then carried everything down again through 3 flights of stairs. Everyone on support staff was nice but the experience was poor and we just needed a spot to sleep over night. We considered swimming but it smelled so strongly of sewage we didn’t stay. Won’t be back.

We got in late but had our room quickly. Bed were comfortable and room was clean.

Room was good but common areas were unappealing

There were ants upon arrival once the room was sprayed we had irritated throat until we departed. Very unhappy about this stay

This hotel was quiet and the check in process was quick and seamless. Will definitely stay there again.
