Our visit was very nice, staff was very nice and welcoming anything we needed they were able to accommodate us.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was convenient and easy walking. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming! From the welcome drink to the spectacular breakfast we were amazed at how wonderful everything was! We will absolutely return!

Wonderful room and close to attractions

This hotel is simply outstanding, fresh boutique feel, lovely grounds, amazing breakfast, service of all teams so efficient. Upgraded to a suite - phenomenal hotel, highly recommend and location was perfect.

Beautiful, stunning hotel in a perfect location but above all, the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Our ferry was cancelled due to thunderstorms and they spent hours looking for alternative arrangements for us to take the stress away from us. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough

Pazziella is an exceptional boutique hotel. The small size makes it very private and quaint. The 24/7 concierge is helpful with every need and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful kept, with nice plants and flowers all around. The rooms are newly renovated and luxurious, with great attention to detail. The location is also great, right in the city center and close to the taxi stand.

The entire property is recently renovated. The suite was beautiful and fresh, facing the coastline and very clean.

We only stayed one night at the hotel but we wished we had booked our entire Capri stay here. The hotel was very lovely and the staff was exceptional. Definitely would stay here again.

This little spot is full of charm. It feels like a time capsule. Be aware that the amenities here are not “modern”, but that is what gives the place its charm. Hand painted tile floors, a small lobby bar, and an outdoor garden area all make you feel as if you are visiting the isle of Capri years ago. This is great considering that Capri itself feels stuck a few decades in the past, which is a GOOD thing. The bathroom could use some updating, but it’s nothing that will ruin your trip. One great amenity is the terrace with views of the island. Not many places we stayed had a balcony attached to the room.

Quiet hotel off one of the main roads. Friedly staff. Breakfast bar: choice of savoury items could be better.

The property was clean and well maintained. The location is ideal for an independent traveller as it is close to all the key amenities - train and bus stations, the marina etc

It is in a great location with a beautiful garden seating area, near the central area but away from the craziness. Only issue is, super hard to get to as the road ends and you have to walk the rest with all your luggage through super small alley ways. The rooms are decent, nothing crazy nice but well sized and decent. Staff are friendly and polite, and accommodating. Main complaints are:1. You can literally hear everything outside your room. People come pouring in at 1am being super loud and waking you up. The front desk guy was even playing the lobby TV so loud I had to go out and ask him to turn it down because I could hear it all the way from my room. I can even hear people moving chairs around in the rooms beside me. Absolutely brutal trying to get any sleep in this hotel with all the noise.2. The key comes attached to this massive heavy circular key chain which you have to lug around.3. Wifi is dead slow4. Floor isnt the cleanest. You can tell by looking at the bottom of your socks after walking in your room.Has awesome potential but definitely would not stay here again as it is now purely based on the noise travelling.

The hotel was lovely and our room was spacious. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. We enjoyed our short stay there and will definitely go back.

Hotel was situated in a Super central location, interior was chic and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly, responsive and approachable.

The hotel was in a great location for Capri. Staff very friendly until I mentioned it was unusual not to have an iron in a Hotel! Especially as we were there for a wedding. It was sorted by paying for it to be ironed in a laundrette down the street, The Hotel sorted it for us but we should have given 24hours notice.Breakfast basic.The pool we could use of the hotel next door was lovely with an amazing lemon tree restaurant too.Nothing that stopped us having a lovely time.Thank you.

This is quite possibly the laziest, most inconsiderate hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in. First, they advertise proximity to the marina in Capri. What they don’t tell you is that you can’t be dropped off, you have to walk there. If you ask them to call you a cab, they’re “unable.”Their “queen size beds” are two mismatched twin beds pushed together. If you’re lucky, they won’t slide apart while you sleep. Don’t leave anything there by mistake, either. They’re “unable” (don’t give a shit) to send you your own property. Don’t stay here. It’s pretty but these people aren’t worth it.
